working at this company motivates me and it is giving me proper experience according to my career, my relationship with my co-workers is good, I have to be independent and I have good computer skills. I enjoy doing my job and improve everyday. what is challenging me is that there is no post available for my career.

Committed to continues improvement.
Liaising with internal and external clients. Marketing courses. Preparing course materials. Compiling failed letters and issuing of certificates. Generate request to invoices and credit notes. Payments for anchors, faculties, printers. Travel arrangements and service contracts. I learnt about diversity management, Operations and change management. Self-management and presenting yourself. Specializing in the education in the health sector such as HIV, TB, and Adherence counselling, M&E. What I enjoy most about this department is the knowledge one gains working with such a variety of health educational products. You need to know a product in order to sell it so we get training on all our courses which gives me a lot of knowledge. Nothing is quite challenging cause however we always find solutions to problems, which will be in my case to fill a class of students by marketing however I use alternative ways of getting a database outside the one given.
Pros: Regular skills development training received for free.
Cons: No growth with in the company.

Amazing work environment with amazing and pleasant individuals
Since I've been at this company its been a challenge with difficulties most would have turned away from, but it was well worth it. For the first time in my 16 years of working have I found something that's not just worth my effort put in, but a job that in some way affects and benefits people in our country for the better. Its an amazing feeling knowing that this company has the means to do such things and is continuing to do so accordingly.
Pros: Amazing work environment, pleasant individual's, decent salary, good additional perks
Cons: Last minute plans which my department must resolve, but its usually small minor things.

Good Learning Environment.
Supportive but not a place for the weak of heart or people who have other commitments like school or studying. Workplace environment is often tense but there are times where it is relaxed. Deadlines are always there! Relationship with co-workers was always friendly or rather seemed so. I was frustrated half the time having to deal with people who expected me do their share of work on top of my on because I'm an intern on a Learnership contract.
Pros: Great place to gain experience in it's raw form.
Cons: Delayed work caused a lot of deadlines that were unceremoniously fell into the subordinates' lap.

More knowledge gained
I am responsible for providing technical assistance to 5 CBOs providing HTS services in high yield communities in 7 sub-districts in Nkangala. My typical work day would involve site visits to the different CBOs. This could be an office or a field visit. For office visits, i normally go to see if they have enough test kits and condoms and if they are stored properly, whether their HR files are up to date, whether their data collection tools are sufficient, identify any training needs etc. Field visits would be to ensure that the testers offer a quality service, this starts from the approach when they enter the clients household, the introduction, information provided regarding HIV/AIDS and other NCDs. Furthermore, i ensure that the testers are well equipped and that their equipment is in working order, example their timers, frozen ice packs, batteries, test kits and buffers with matching lot numbers etc.

Excellent learning curve and careerDeveloment
It is a excellent working environment doing the monitoring & Evaluation duties for the CBCT Project. monitoring targets and the staff performance, compiling weekly, monthly and quarterly data then present it to the staff and stakeholders. we have 5 zealous teams and we are all keen to reach the company's goal. the main challenge on our is getting the HIV clients and Protest that are taking place in the area as we are the community based project.I have learnt to much managerial aspect in the job i do and the importance of being a leadership that gets positive results and mentor-ship.

FPD was a great developmental facility & further growth point in my HR facet.
. Excellent learning curve. Autonomy. Professional colleagues. Diverse cultures. Being part of teams driving great initiatives. Working more as a family unit than just employees. Challenges : Depending on outside funding for sustainability of business. .I have been Retrenched with effect from 31 Jan 2020 due to the loss of funders we experienced and the company could not do much anymore. I'm looking for new opportunities and would be honored to serve in your organization

Exciting learning venture
I have worked for Fpd for over 5years, although it was part time,I was a consultant,my experience with them has been adventurous,a lot of traveling.i love to expand my capabilities and learn and grow in the coporate world.
Pros: It was a great opportunity both in the admin and tourism sector

Hard but its excellent learning curve and a good experience.
its a very nice place to work,we work as a group.all workers around here are welcoming and helping there is no one duty working together as a team is outstanding..,I have learned to be independant when iam doing my job. The have good management team we meet them every month end.Open plan enviroment where you learn more charactors. Where i have 30 files to capture and prepare files for the new courses.and i am multi tasking doing some of admin duties and data capture duties.
Pros: good opportunity to gain experience and learn.
Cons: 8 hours working per day.,Monday to Friday
