Sales management, marketing and promotion, administration.
In my previous job I enjoy and also have challenges as an employee, the most typical work day i when we had more clients who are desperate and seeking for our service and while stuff is short, to overcome such challenge is when we work together as a team, a team work and good relationship with my co-workers was a thing that makes our work to be easy. i have lent more in sales management, administration, marketing and promotion, customer service, communication, stock controlling, call center and filling. at my previous job i i enjoyed team work, good relationship with my co-workers and clients, and the opportunity that they give me so that i can have more skills in Sales and Marketing management. the most challenge aspect of the job is when i have given so much tasks to perform at the same time, the reason i call it a challenge is because i i want to do a one or two tasks at a time not more that two because i always want to achieve the best of all people.
Pros: At my previous job i got a promotion before my internship contract end. i started as a sales generator but in the process of my internship i got promoted to become receiving clack.
Cons: the longest hour i have ever worked in my career is 10 hours

Pros: I can promote good deals we have all the times through telephonical or raido and also one on one customers and make sure I show my custmers the best we have in the store and also promote so dat they know what are our deals works and give the others flyers if they dont make time to come to our store
Cons: I promise that u wont feel sorry for putting me into your Company cause Im the person who always crazy about the winning team and also individual winning person and make sure our target I reach it everyday so that the Company can gro day by day

Lot of challenges
My review would be ,I will start with the relationship I had a good relationship co- worker the we were communicating ,working as team ,the respect that we were give to each other it was exciting team . I've learn a lot .because I've started as a cashier to an assistant manager and giving a staff training and be confidence all the time . The thing that I've enjoyed there marketing activities ,going all out to promote.
Pros: If you work hard at footgear you will get the result .

Working at for has played a big impact on my career as I have grown into a better manager than before I joined the company,A day you start by a morning meeting with staff members giving the feedback about yesterday performance motivating them to achieve the set targets for today delegate task to each staff member time them accordingly to their task,Relationship with my one up was good as he had groomed me to be the better manager I am today as it wasn't easy but at the end am grateful,I have learn that no matter what the business has to carry on and the main objective must be achieved under no circumstances so that the business can grow,what I enjoy the most was to see a happy customer and achieving my daily targets and monthly meaning am teaching my staff well,challenging is when you have to reprimand staff about their own job description.

I'm energetic enthusiasm person with good communication sales driven target with a friendly approach in customers. greet customers withbsmile and I have style. I advice a customers with brands and fashion.flexible person.

Excellent people orientation
My typical work day at this place is pretty intense a fast paced industry where you build relationships with people from different backgrounds.I have learnt how to handle customers and attend to their needs to ensure the best shopping experience ever. I enjoy seeing a smiling customer after they have purchased the i deal shoe that fits them best. The challenge that i have is convincing a customer that doesnt want to buy anything to actually buy something.

Good experience, learning day to day different things.
Learning new procedures and different aspects of different ways on doing things and following procedures.Like the team work and very commited.I like to examples that others can follow and like the challenge and work well underpressure.

A stepping stone to reach greater Heights
Some days are different but I truly enjoyed working with customers and finding out what they prefer and I should provide such a service to, every challenge has its worst moments the lesson is how you deal with em.

Good
it is a challenging company , even though lots of people get to resign because of their one ups making their work difficult. ' they never train their employees. co workers are sometimes aggressive i have learnt that sometimes you have to teach yourself stuff and be independent. i enjoyed having to teach myself stuff from my comfort zone and being independent.
