Excellent learning experience

It was great environment a good place to work in. I’ve learned a lot of things. It was a learning curve for me in the retail world. The staff and the bosses are great willing to teach each other work and other experiences. Helping to become a great team member. And always pushing for sales

I love having a good relationship with my co-workers whereby i built a marvelous relationship with them.love to communicate n I'm a decision maker and problem solving. Provide new idea's

Excellent on sales

I'm energetic enthusiasm person with good communication sales driven target with a friendly approach in customers. greet customers withbsmile and I have style. I advice a customers with brands and fashion.flexible person.

Pros: I used to promote new product like sales up to 50% off
Cons: Yes I work long but I was full of energy

Challenging

Must meet daily budget and go extra miles.always check in Co -workers.work as a team work and as a Manager lead by an example.i have learned that good planning gives good results. I enjoy been free and been heard

Excellent

The opportunity that I have as the store manager  showed me that I have natural leadership qualities as well as the ability to build a good rapport with staff members in a relaxed manner, enjoyable for all. I am a good team player and enjoy thinking outside the box. I believe that I would be a welcome asset to your already dedicated team, bringing together their individual talents so as to better appreciate one another and therefore to work better together as a team. These areas of synergy I feel will improve sales (turnover) minimize stock loss customer relations and keep the store environment one step ahead of the rest - all crucial factors for making a brand and store stand out. I look forward to being able to interview further in person.
