I have 18+ years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. I have progressed from working on small PABX systems to managing large enterprise contact centers I am a capable and confident individual with good people and communication skills. Customer Service is my specialty. I am comfortable working alone or as part of a team environment. I endeavor to seek a task through completion as well as ensuring that the end result is of a presentable and professional standard. I have been the Technical Team Leader in the Voice Operations Team, the Production Support Manager in the Content Management area, and have returned to the Telecoms department to specialise in Customer engagement and support. Telephony management and support is my passion and has been part of my career since inception. I have progressed from working on small PABX systems to managing large enterprise contact centres

EXCELLENT

WE HAVE LOT OF CUSTOMER AT WORK AND MY RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS WAS FINE I LEARN SO MUCH AT THE BANK I ENJOY MOST WHEN WE GOT LOTS OF CUSTOMER THE MOST CHALLENGING WAS WHEN WE HAVE 6 OR 11 CUSTOMER I REALLY ENJOY AT WORK BUT IF I WILL GET THIS JOB HOPE IT WILL BE MY BREAK THOUGH

To take calls make sales and servive clients

- We take calls and activate loans , reverse temp loans, draft paid up letters and settlement letters. - I have a Very close and Very free Relationship and professional if required. -To educate the client on bank procedures and products I have learned the policies and procedures as to how the bank work. -I enjoy dealing with the clients I also enjoy providing the clients with professional and helpful service. -being vigilant not to pay funds to a fraudster.

Excellent learning curve

it was a good company to work for, gained a lot of experience in finance and insurances. FNB is a big brand that lives to their standards of 'how can we help you' and service delivery was their number one priority.

I have more than 20 years experience in Banking, from Teller to Branch Manager with Credit Portfolio and Area Manager (LMO), with more than 10 years Credit experience (Agric and Business). Branch Manager of up to 40 staff members. I was Area Manager (LMO) of 9 FNB branches like Bethlehem and Harrismith. I am also a part time Cattle and Sheep farmer, renting 3 farms. Great working environment

I have 7 years of experience working as a SQL DBA and my duties included creating and implementing database applications, writing scripts, creating SQL for queries and creating views to simplify queries. I am also familiar with some data modeling and creating SSRS reports, high availability, backups and restores ,installing and configuring always on and clustering

Pros: Work from home or and have flexible timings
Cons: Requires a person to sit in one place for a long time
