Not bad but dangerous working there because of lead poison and management thas not care about worker's,what they care is production and no benefits for its workers and wat they care is clients nd production and quality

Great learning environment more flexibility with the work.

Working at FNB is quite a good experience. The company culture is good and the employees respect each other. The administrations are also carried out in the most proficient ways.

Dealing with franchise a strategy Marketing brands Customer management Diversification of business model Learned how to deal with many different types of franchisees Achieving my MBA during this period is a highlight. Rebranding the franchise is great Launching new point of sale Launching new online learning platform Taking mining standby automotive and industrial brands to market

Good workplace to learn and grow

Fair working hours, working with experienced and friendly people, I have learnt how to work as a team as an individual and how to deal with a lot of pressure. I enjoy the rewards for our hard work.e,g incentives and the most challenging part is when we have to work short time.

Pros: Trainings, learnerships and short courses are alwayas available for workers to develop the skills
Cons: We get paid for working extra hours

Good working experience

I have a good experience on machenical fitter industry, just because i am a hard worker and friendly to all the people around me makes me to be more commited to what i do during work time. I am very commited in such a way that i can work without supervosion.

IT was good to with tham

I was an operator in the company ,was a lots of thinks sash as mining and formation department. I've worked as a multi skill ,also enjoy my job.my relationship with my group was.

Currently working as shift fitter

Been in the industry for more than 15 years and worked on lots of different types of machine from packing machine and liquid filling machines. To battery manufacturing machines, I also have production experience on assembly lines. Please see my CV Thanks

Excellent Learning Curve

Best company I've come to work for. I came into the industry without any knowledge on batteries and First National Battery took me under their wing and taught me all I needed to learn in order to understand the business and the industry. My closing skills where sharpened and i learnt how to work with individuals from all walks of like. I learnt how to manage my time more effectively and how to always persue greatness for my self.
