I have being working for FNB for the past 10 years. I was allowed to learn and move around . The culture is that you need to up skill yourself as much as you can. I have don't call center, QA, team leader temp, projects, hosting talk show. I have assist with implementing of system as an expect. I have learn so much and I enjoyed the fact that I could be innovative . I started a talk show ,reason being addressing issues in more fun but productive way. I was able to be in small and big groups, I always believe that I spend more hours at work so I need to make fun. I plan events for the team and facilitate them. The more challenging thing is when the client decided to close their account. Even thou I able to convince many but I hate when the client decide to close their account .

Pros: The is growth and promotion to be analyist

Great working enviroment

1.a typical work day is demanding ,u have to be on your toes,need to be accurate and at the same time you need to be a problem solver with solutions to give the cuatomer. 2.Relationship with my colleagues is great,we build eachother up,one thing we need to always do is to laugh together and it makes our day. 3.I learn everyday,ilearning is a continuos thing but I have learnt a lot,i havr learnt to pick myself up after a disappointment and try harder nextime ,have learnt that we all dont come from the same upbringing and in order for things to work,we all bring what,who we are and accept this person.thats why my communication skills have developed well. 4.I enjoy new challenges,whenever i struggle ,i go to my colleagues and we all fond a better solution. 5.Difficult clients,when u go an extra mile for a customer and he doesnt appreciate it and making sure that client leaves happy after he said nasty things when he was the one that caused the problem.

Pros: communication skills are well developed and u learn to pick yourself up.
Cons: there is no work/life balnce

Innovation is my key

I am complain coordinator, I deal with media complains which is your Facebook, or Hello Peter etc. I have to sort them within 3 hours. I am a plan of any events in the team I am second in charge so I am in charge of allocating work, checking register and updating. Strategy planning the day,work for the day. I have being in call center, team leader, second in charge, credit assessor. The highlight was being the host of a Talk show, which was my innovation. I enjoy most about my job is everyday challenges

Pros: I am enthusiastic person and will ing to learn . Love being innovative
Cons: The growth is very limited .

Good foundation of my career

Working with first national bank has been a good learning curve, since I started my Learnership with them. I have been learning every possible thing I could. We have our ups and downs because they are very strick with how we do our work and serving clients. But at the end it always comes to a positive results

Pros: great learning curve
Cons: promotions are scarce

New Challenge Needed

A typical day would be managing staff that report to me and also assisting my Regional Manager (2IC - second in charge). Room for growth within the company is very limited currently. I have an excellent working relationship with my co-workers. To date I have learnt so much all the way from recruitment phase all the way to mentoring individuals within our department as well as learning most of the business. I'm very passionate about working with people and I enjoy that immensely. Even though our staff turnover is very low I would have to say that the hardest part of my job would be to represent the company in disciplinary hearings and having to dismiss individuals should that be the outcome of the hearing. In conclusion, I love the company I work for but I do feel that the time has come for me to further my career. I believe that I would be an asset to your company.

Pros: Good incentives and I have great relationship with my colleagues
Cons: Working 7 days a week and Promotions within the region are very limited

Communication,service and sales

I have learned a lot at fnb and it has boost my knowledge and skills. I am happy that I did join fnb as It has updated my cv for better opportunities as to date. The worst work days were a learning curve and they worked to my advantage to work well under pressure and people I worked with are very helpful and love their job and that motivated me a lot

Cons: Once in a month

I jave learn a lot of things through these years

The nice place to work with meating new face ever day,what ever in know I learnt from that company that's the best place to work. The people I'm working with are so helpfully , even thij sometimes you face some challenge from the customer, but off all things the positiveness in me keep me going. The most challenging thing in my work place is moneygramme how to send the money to someone who doesn't jave a bank account is still a challenge to me

Fast learner and efficient

Sales is an area in which I excel. My sincerity, in addition to a good sense of humour, contributes to my approachable demeanour. Because I am technically inclined and a quick study, I am able to comprehend the intricacies of company products and pass along this knowledge in a clear, concise manner to my clients. Being detail-oriented and organized is beneficial in record keeping and scheduling business calls.

Pros: climbing the stairs bit by bit to a higher position
Cons: abnormal working hours and unfair treatment
