Xxggg The environment is so excellent and employees are welcoming .There are no boundaries on who to ask when in doubt and everyone has time to listen when one have query.The warmth we receive despite wether you have experience or not and the head /executives makes sure they allocate the whole team to consult when in need .i have learnt the basic of building customer base and keeping healthy relationship with the clients.i enjoyed the socials where everybody could just let loose and have time out.challenging part was to learn as you go by daily and the systems of the organisation were a bit confusing

Great working environment
I work in a team of vibrant people full of enthusiasm and enquirers minds and this is mainly the reason I have remained in FNB for as long as I have. I’ve learnt so much from so many different people who think so diversely. The most challenging aspect about my role is being reliant on many different moving parts that affect my contribution to the company but this makes me appreciate that all the small parts make a great whole!

Great company to work at with great benefits
Well a typical work day means you cannot sit still and wait for things to happen, you have to hustle for every sal. The company teaches you to be a hunter and not to wait for things to happen. If you want to advance your career, you also need to be hungry for education and willing to learn and ask if you do not understand, the staff is excellent and I get along well with everyone.

Cash management and customer service
Its good to work as a team because that's what we being doing mostly on month end period,i have learned that is great to push together towards one goal as a team. One of the most exciting part is when its weekend you know that you going to rest and pay day,the most challenging part its when we work long hours specially on a Saturday.

Starting curve
It's very challenging to work in a financial institution which needs more time and commitments, alert, accountability, vigilance at all times. As I work throughout it becomes a second home where I spend most of my time and I take my colleagues as my second family. Customer needs is always a priority and fulfill their needs and also learn to offer solutions based on their needs. Meeting deadlines and targets is a focus
