GOOD LEARNING CURVE

Good team We are like a family I enjoy helping clients who are looking looking to book cars at last minute and I come to their rescue, it makes my day putting a smile on their face . The part I do not like is working weekends and not get paid for it and holidays not paid double for it,otherwise it is a good environment to work in.

Pros: GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH
Cons: LONG WORKING HOURS, NO DOUBLE PAY FOR SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS

No room for improvement

Russian. According to the company ,the BEE laws applies. BEE did not matter to black people because they were the lowest paid vwhen it comes to their salaries.

Pros: Even if you get promoted the salary was disetisfactory

Great working environment

I have learnt a lot over the years here, we deal with a lot of different cars and different challenges with every car is a awesome eye opener, we get along well as co-workers. The challenge I get is not having the correct diagnostic tools but I’ve had to overcome that challenge by studying the cars well and sometimes diagnose the problem and be able to fix the problem

Cons: No overtime or bonus

Gaining experience in car rental

I'm responsible for checking in and checking out vehicles. Inspecting them for damage and check kilometers. At the beginning of my shift I do bay checks check which cars are available and write them down. We work in a very nice environment where we all work together nicely and we understand each other.

Pros: Big chance of growing within the company
Cons: Working outside, it's hard to work in the rain

The best experience of my life

*Must be able to work under pressure . * Be always on time for clients *Think on your feet *Make life easy for you and your co-workers team building *Must be able to work as a team *Must be able to Have extreme patients with clients. *The most memorable one to travel around the city and meet different kind of people and different kind of cultures *Adapt in every language sometimes the clients only speaks in their language try to demonstrate in English it’s challenging and fun and the same time.

Pros: Great experience and perfect training.
Cons: 8 to 9 hours
