Great industry to build character and customer service skills

This company gives opportunity to gain a lot of experience in customer service. It deals with both local and international clients. Daily administrative duties/skills are also gained. Team work plays a big role in getting though the day.

Learn to make your own decisions and stick to thrm

I am a hard working individual who gets along with everyone in the office. I can work as an individual or in a team when. At my company we make sure that all is ready for customers when they come to collect their cars.

Pros: There isn't a lot of pressure at the company as long you do your job all will be fine
Cons: To get far in the company is sometimes not possible

Excellent learning curve

Working for First Car Rental is really exciting. It is a fast paced environment whereby you multitask, help client who are coming to collect rental vehicles, and dispatch the vehicles, allocate drivers to deliver the rental vehicle, or deliver the vehicle yourself if the drivers are not enough. It takes team work to make the work flow and day to run smoothly and me and my colleagues really have a good working relationship and always there to help one another. I have learnt that no one has a job title since we do everything that needs to be done to make sure the clients are happy about the service & the experience we provide to them. I enjoy coming to work as everyday always turns out different to what you planned and I enjoy meeting different types of people from all over the world. The most challenging part of the job is when we don't have cars the clients booked and we have to go to the surrounding branches to get the cars.

Pros: Learn something new everyday
Cons: Dealing with clients who are not happy with the car they are booked for.

Too strenious

I have learned a lot and gained experience, however there is no room for growth. Do the same tasks every day. The managers hardly stick up for you if something goes wrong ( not on your side-however you need to take the blame). If you are a fast learner you take on more and more tasks and you need to ensure that you finish them by the end of the day or you work late or come in earlier. Helpdesk issues often interfere with reporta needed to be sent out however you need to ensure that you make sure you complete your reports along with making sure your logs are completed, which results in me often going in earlier to ensure reports are sent on time so I can focus on helpdesk

Pros: you can learn a lot if willing to learn
Cons: expected to do too many tasks inn one day

Excellent learning area regarding Customer Services and Driving skills

I am a hard working individual who takes pride of the opportunity that has been given , I believe in appreciating whatever job that you have go cause any job can pay your bills. I love working as a team and also able to work individually. I am a person who likes challenges that that are gonna be a learning curve for me and also help me to grow , I am also a man of ambition and wishes to start my own business one day. I have worked my whole life trying to learn in every aspect that I get.my experience that I have most is in Driving and and Customer Service and I got the for the Car Rentals. Thanks in advance.

Excellent customer service

I am hard worker, passionate and disciplined. I can work individually and both as a team. I am time keeper. I can work Under pressure. I enjoy learning through my work. Assisting the customers to do inspection of the vehicle. Refuelling the vehicles and doing changeover to the computer

Communication skills ,Collaboration skills and teamwork and problem solving

I exceed expectations in my role as a Rental Agent. I adapt to change easily, work well under pressure with a positive attitude and i'm detail-oriented.Go beyond the call of my duty by seeking out and following up on additional responsibilities such as cleaning the office,Helping the drivers to fill up cars when its not busy in the office and contribute frequently to department meetings.

Learning experience

I currently do not work for the company anymore but the experience was great everyone I worked with was very kind and open. Working hours were very hectic but I managed to get by
