Excellent learning curve

I gained a lot of experience in this company when comes to working with clients, I've grown a lot since I joined the company. Besides that, they hire people who do not have experience and give then them management positions. Even though their salary is horrible, they employ you today, tomorrow you get fired. If the manager does not like you, then you are having a serious problem

Excellent learning curve

It was a great learning and working experience with young people so we could relate to each other. I learnt all about the medical insurance environment and the only challenge was the long working hours

It was good to see the insight of how insurance companies work

it was a very hectic environment to work in with many companies that subcontracted to us. It gave one the insight of working with insurance companies and how easy it is to assist someone if you put your mind and heart into your work. Many insurance companies rely on Fam to assist their clients

Pros: The greatness of helping others and saving lives
Cons: long working hours skeleton staff and no appreciation for good work
