I had great experience working at Fidelity but want to try something more challenging. Im focused and very accurate with my work. I love challenges and set myself goals to achieve. I'm a very challenging person and very ambitious.

Pros: I have a great working relationship with my coworkers and have excellent relationship with top management.
Cons: Don't have problem with working long hours, I'm focused on completing my task accurate and in time

Excellent promotion opportunities. Excellent growth opportunities.

A typical work day will be when you have a good relationship with your co-workers and the client. You must every day openup yourself to learn from others and this will help you overcome challenging aspects.

Pros: Stabel work enviroment and monthly income.
Cons: Long working hours. Difficult clients.

Great company to work for

Good working environment, great culture and salaries are paid consistently. No benefits, e.g medical aid or pension. But there is a room for self development.

Good but also challenging

It was a good company to work for where u able to learn from other employes. its where i learning about hr managers beacuse i would assist the facilitaters when screening and inducting cv up to a stage where they meet with their manager and they start working. becoming an administrator tought me to a good leader and be able to manager poeple ,doing payroll and being ablle to do Per1 up to per 17.

Pros: I learned alot in the branch becuase i asked lots of questions
Cons: Being told your contract has expired when its not

Exelent

we , work 12 hour shifts , the relationship with the workers is very great, and the atmosphere is very good.i have learned different, to use defferent kinds of cctv oporational methods,what i enjoy bout this job is work , with computers everyday, what challenges are in thi job is that we work long hours.

Excellent learning curve is having a Grade A Psira

A typical work day is great, I work with 3 other colleagues at this stage where we work as a team and we get along very well. I have learnt that working together in a team is better than working alone and i enjoy it. I enjoy working at the Casino cause we have the best team working together. The most challenging aspects of the job is there is no challenging aspects.

Do your work with your ability will reward.

I am always self motivated with strong ability to work under pressure.Working in long hours and balancing my work with family life turn to be a habit.Using the self motto that do work and complain later as our customers and clients are our bosses.Loving to to what I am doing make my job easier even in worst days.Security started as a job to me but knowing how important it is to protect lives,property and finance turn my job to my passion.

Pros: I always look for opportunities and try to climb the ladder of success trough dedication and smart work
Cons: Long working hours are no longer a challenge as I know very well that this field need people who know how to balance family life and working life.

Excellent

I m also happy to wake up every day and know what do every day.Drive the Guards to work and join them as a unity team.Check what do the hole day.Do what the client need for the day.Report right or wrong thing to the client.Drive the Guards back home safe.

Pros: great driver and responsibility
