Fidelity is a day by day growing company with good benefits and i used to enjoy working here
Working here has been the most positive effect on my life the co workers are straight and very tight at following procedures and have gained an experience wotking with guest learning different of people background and where they going what they want to achieve and has thought me to.be a very humble person and a helping person undergoing a lot of pressure we work as team . The most challeges its when u have to deal with dificult customers on daily bases and worst of it all u have to bow even if a customers is being negative towards to you and learn to be humble handle those issues. And be a problem solver direct them to a right path. Make sure of your statement when there are days of incidents where you habe to be cross questioned .be alert be friendly to everyone smile at all time and always greeting.

Poor overall work environment - Threat Culture
Hard workers are the operations managers Executives do not care and over-promise to clients Managers are overworked, over hours, with poor pay Zero time off Understaffed HR Antiquated systems Too much admin, poor ratio admin/operations Threatening and penalizing culture - not rewarded for good work Extra hours required with no compensation Job description changes with no additional salary adjustment Any queries are seen as a threat and the person is victimized This is for Cape Town - cannot comment on other regions

Working at Fidelity Security Services
Fidelity has taught me administrative skills regarding salaries of guards, placement of guards, guard queries and negative discipline measures in the private sector. I had 374 guards under my command with 32 sites. I enjoyed the fast pace of daily duties and the surprises each day had to offer. I thrive under pressure and enjoyed the challenges it brought with it. I have fast experience in interviewing and interrogations and used it frequently in day to day discussions. I enjoy working with people of all walks of life, some with teach you something and some will be open to your expertise.
Pros: Great opportunity to develop new skills in management, people and situations.
Cons: I stayed very far from my sites and offices, travelling.

Excellent opportunities
It is a very good place to work for with good management. Good company to work for, will recommend Fidelity Security to any Retail customers for Cash in Transit and Guarding Services. Fidelity Security has a good reputation in Service levels.Good company. But with a basic work environment fast moving business. Basic support and training . Basic work structure and development , management is well trained

Excellent
it's very pleasant to work at fidelity security but on the site of ccbsa psv. to start my day with such a heart of joy of drivers and to assist them with their daily work is a pleasure for me. a day where you can see someone going from you with a smile and return as greatfull as ever. not all days are the same. that' why i love the challenges at my work. i learn to work with all types of person in the silent and busy days. i have a mean team with my as we rock the boat together. i learn to check a difficult load and rectify it on my own and to report all is in order. i learn to work with everyone in a good manner. i enjoy coming to work and see the others who rely on you are pleasent to see what i have shown them is write and all good. i love to learn others so that we are on the same page at our work loads. the challenge for me is when the client or our manager expect something to be done by and i outdone it with my own way and the rule that he laid infront of us. i am very loyal and honest to my job.

Excellent learning curb...too much rasm at the Midrand branch
I love my job, I love working with my staff getting to meet new people everyday, interacting with customers and clients from various cultures and I love it...im always smiling even if I am having the most difficult day. I have learnt to be more tolerant towards others in the sense that every person is different in his /her own way. Every individual as their own way of dealing with issues. I enjoy interacting with people.I think trust , respect and Excellent communication are the key to driving a good team. I try my best to make sure i understand my staff and i give them the respect they deserve in order for me to get 200% out of them in return.
