i am a hard working enthusiastic individual who loves a challenge. Iv worked in the debtors and creditors industry and enjoyed every minute of it. Enjoy working with people Im always in need to learn more so i can do more.

a day at work is like a day in prison ,u sit there from 6am -6pm and get 30min tea break and 30min lunch break ,you have to work 21days in order to get R4250 which is called a "basic salary",before getting the job there is a polygraphy test u need to do than after u got the job they charge you for it R200 for 4months and the charge you for headsets you have to use at work R216 for 4 months ,the hardest thing about this job is knowing that there is people who work lest hours than you do and they still earn much.

I have learned alot luckily this industry I'm in I very dynamic challenging but now the challenge is over. I have learned how to organise shifts run the site without consulting superior. Making wise decisions and dealing with complains from visitors since the pay big money for the service. The relationship with works and my colleagues also with visitors, now I know how to maintain it make it alive and healthy all the time
Pros: I started as a normal guard, to supervisor now expecting to be inspector

Learning curve
At Fidelity Security I was in charge of all disciplinary actions and CCMA cases. All pre- employment tests, vetting and criminal checks were also done by me. I was on the board of Employee Equity committee. I conducted internal investigations and quarterly employee KPIs and evaluations. I interacted with the union’s representatives and shop steward before retrenchments and throughout.

The company has a good infurstuture excluding the department that I am has no support structure no proper system monitor productivity or collections.There to is no work flow in place and therefore agents work everything without

Am a fast learner. If there's some new work that I never do
I enjoy working alone or with other I work hard to improve my future company by applying my skills of working. I learnt a lot in this industry of security. Am always having good relation with my coworkers. I enjoy solving problems at work in good way where I failed I contact people above me immediately.

Quick to learn
The challenging aspect is to multitask and I eThe challenging aspect is to multitask and I enjoy it the most. I mingle well with my co-workers and work as a teammy co-workers and work as a team
Pros: Chances for promotion are slim in my company.
Cons: I am used to working 12 hour shift even though after 8 hrs you'll be exhausted due to the kind of job am doing.
