Learned alot
Basic salary is not enough. HR or management departments are terrible and they do not resolve many or any complaints. Company only want to see productivity growth. Pros are that you can atleast grow in the company

I've learn a lot ,the environment was great
Fidelity was a great company to work for that all . I've work for credico company it was nice I did enjoy work there but it was far though. I've work for Supr care as tea Lady and iwas cleaning at the bank it was great but to much buses I had to catch to get at work that was stressing too.

WWorking for Fi challenging but give reat expWorking for Fidelity is a great experience is very challenging one must be able to work independently and under pressure building relationships with employees take time but my co-workers and I we have built good relationship but we understand that work rules and regulations can not be compromised just because we want to maintain good relationship. What o enjoy the most visiting posts communicating issues arises require remedial.
Pros: Difficult in terms of promotions as the company claim it will be difficult to replace my position

Hard worker and enjoy the job
Its good to work with people who understand you better and enjoying what you have to do.... At work you must arrive on time and do the best that will impressed your customers

Good to help survive
A stressful working environment with 2 brakes in a period of 12 hours, all the operators are quit stressed up as management is always breathing down everyone neck and working equipment are to old to keep up with workload.

I reali don't understand anything much as we are not told or informed abt anything like now we hear that some of us we are resechuled to retail and people from retail to our post why I don't knw,we are just working bcos we are jobless n have to feed our families wat can we do?

i am a hard working enthusiastic individual who loves a challenge. Iv worked in the debtors and creditors industry and enjoyed every minute of it. Enjoy working with people Im always in need to learn more so i can do more.

Excellent learning curve
Working as a teller is great,i am fast in processing client's transactions,careful to make sure I balance,follow procedure at all times.We have good team work as we always help each other where needed.
