Always new things to learn and it's a safe and fun environment

To work at Fidelity-ADT is very challenging yet safe and enjoyable. You learn new things everyday. My relationship with my cp worker's are professional and fun. We work very closely and we always assist each other. I enjoy working with people especially with the walk in customers because they can be very challenging and they require you to know what they want and I l enjoy solving their queries because you can help them understand the account better and assist them with maintaining a good paying record.

Great atmosphere, healthy working environment, great incentives, travelling a lot

Unfairly treated by management, favoritism to staff, im a 3. Years top sales rep in a row, good communication skills and excellent working with team members, friendly person , and a good motivator.

Mounting and connecting alarm devices

I was working perfectly with my collegues,i was doing the alarm security installation..mounting and connecting alarm devices e.g passives,control panel,keypad and door contacts.the challenge i met is when i didnt know how to connect Radio on a Panel and my mentor didnt want to help me ..until i do it myself correct.
