Customer Service Excellence
I enjoy working the team and yet make my own decisions where applicable. It is very great to understand each other emotions and this makes it easier to look out for each other and support each other. Customer service is a most vital importance in today's environmental business. Thus it is important to know customers needs and also provide safety at all times. Missing information on contracts prolong the capturing and results on work load that will create conflicts with technicians as they will have more work for specific date.

Fast learner and team player. Hunter!
In a typical day we would start work at 7:30am go to our desks and deal with any key account issues or queries, we had an amazing team that worked as a family. Then we would quote to any key or non key accounts tfor the day week for month. After that we would fill in paperwork pertaining to pipelines and scheduling. Then go out on the road and see customers to build relationships.

Excellent learning curve
The relationship between co-workers is great. There is always team work happening within the department. I have learned to prioritize and stay focus on getting the job done on time & accurately. My main goals is rwaching target and always setting a higher bench mark than previous months. I enjoy dealing with customers telephonically and co-ordinating work for my colleagues. I wnjoy discovering new things on our system daily.

I am a hard worker ,i have good communication skills, i can work overtime, i am willing to work with a group, i am good with Microsoft word,PowerPoint, excel and i have knowledge of pastel accounting i can scan i can do filling and iam very good in organising work and quality checking documents.

Excellent learning curve
I am currently working at Fidelity-ADT which I have been working for a over a year. I am team player and my relationship with the my co-workers is very much excellent because we come up with ways of reaching our target and how to implement them. What I have learnt is that in order to achieve what you want, you have to thrive and be diligent in order to grow within the business. What I enjoy the most is team work my makes the dream work, thriving with my colleagues makes me enjoying working and gaining courage and being confident. The most challenging aspect is gainijg the trust from your perspective clients, because if you don't get mutual trust from clients there be any progress.
