My job its very enjoyable job where there is no pressure small supervision . Even thou there is non of what I stated above but Im doing big pile of job more specific end of the month . On my job I multi task a lot doing plenty unrelated job but try to make it as related if you can look on my CV you can notice that My job doesnt require short temper at the same time doesnt require short temper

Pros: great chance of growing .but I have reached the sealing to it now

Great learning experience and it advanced my career

Ffs refiners is a petrochemical industry that works with different varieties of oils. It recycles and processes used oil from ships and vehicles. It helped me grow as person and as an employee. It helped to be able to work in a team and work under a lot of pressure.

Good professional experience in petrochemical industry

Doing our bit to curb global warming, the recycling of oil and other waste products from the petrol refineries are being used to make industrial heating fuels for the textile, fishing and other industries to run their boilers from and also bunker fuel is provided for the shipping industries. We also "donate " our waste water to an external company that uses it alk for their products. Nothing is wasted and we maintain a high availability of the plant to provide our customers with product without them running short due to our company having downtime. Experience is gained in various sectors of the plant such as pumps, gearboxes, defenders, separators, cooling plant, compressors, boilers and burners and also filtration. Team work is essential as most jobs require assistance from co workers such as other artisans or assistants or the cleaning crew.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more and further your general knowledge.
Cons: Production teams/ shifts do not like the maintenance workshop staff. Causes unnecessary conflict.

FFS refiners

-To work at FFS Refiners was much enjoyable, I got much experience in the administration environment including the below skills .Hygiene in the office environment .Right following of KPA .Discipline in the office environment .Prioritising tasks -I had good relationship with my internal stakeholders, including accounts departments Transport department, construction department, HR department and other department. -I also achieved plenty skills. .Excel skills .Software skills .Data entry skills .Communication skills .Reliability -I faced plenty challenges ,for example dealing with weekly timesheets for workers, accuracy And concentration need to be employed because workers are serious about their monies. -Dealing with different people in different level of profession ,for example dealing with Financial mangers &Accounts mangers is not easy because you need to employ high level of proficiency.

Good piping experience

Ffs Refiners offers good exposure to the petro chemical industry.I have learned an extensive amount of pipework knowledge.i recommended this company to anyone who is seeking to gsin knowledge about an oil refinery plant and how they operate.the staff are friendly and always willing to help you if you are ever in need of assistance.

Please can u help me about job.

Duties responsibilities: Not limited: Plant start up at beginning of the shift . Data logging and Process monitoring . Fault finding in each piece of equipment in my plant and communicate this with the Superior if i cannot fix.

Pros: I will like to get more experience and promotion for manager or a leader or supervisor
Cons: 12 hours

Lots learning

Big company . Very idverce in products . Very SHE orientated. Focused on safety , not much growth opportunity. Look after there employees very well , with added benefits

For learning more about process control and troubleshooting

My work experience at FFS Refiners has given me a clear grasp on what to do as a process controller. My work there not only required monitoring the process in the control room, I had to go into the plant, investigate and report any problem that I see. It has been a great and valued learning experience and I would like to move on to a more challenging environment.

Excellent

 Constant management of the plant process.  Ensure clean and effective plant in applying correct and inspection procedures.  Prevention of wastage and other resources used in the process.  Accurate record keeping of all variant readings, subsequently administer adjustments where necessary.  Update all relevant production files where necessary.  Maintain good housekeeping standards.

10 Years experience working for the Oil refinery.

I am working for a great company with many growth opportunities. it is more innovative, you learn something new every day. it an open organization there are no barriers between different departments, great team work. We are working with oil, sometimes is the not best environment because of hygiene purposes.
