Flexible and goal driven

I'm enthusiastic dedicated and love my job... I'm supervisor at my workplace, I run shift, I've got two departments that I monitor Kiddies and cellphones. I do inventory in and out for clothing and electronics too. I know run the store if the manager is away and on Sundays... I know how to open and close the store, I do admin with the manager. I'm goal driven and I always get what I want because I'm real hustler.

Pros: I do my best, sometimes I excel

Excellent

my name is Thandeka Buthelezi im from Deveyton but currently staying in piet Retief mpumamanga .I'm looking for a job as a Sales assistant and cashier I have 5 months experience .iam a very driven individual who like to learn more and get the job done kinda person .iam a hard worker in this past months working I learn to do merchandising ,cashier, and to keep the store clean tidiup. Excellent learning curve

Long hours one can be up on their feet for hours. The environment is fun to work in as you meet new faces each and everyday but it can be challenging as well because some clients are very difficult and make it hard for you to assist them.

Excellent start into the working world after Matric

Excellent way to learn about customer service skills and team work. Job required a lot of time on your feet. It gave little time for social or private life and offered little growth opportunities or room for creativity unless you knew the right people. Fast pace environment with a number of individual targets and monitoring of performance. Colleagues were friendly and hardworking. Personally felt unfulfilled at the job as it was so out of character for me.

Pros: Each day was different from the last one
Cons: Long working hours especially on weekends, public holidays and the festive season

Opportunity for growth

Like any retail store,deal with customers from all walks of life and have to make sure their complaints are solved at store level and seeing that one out of three customers goes home happy that drives me,enjoy being on the creative side of things like merchandising.challenges me is doing the same thing over and over again.love to be on my feet trying to come up with new ways of driving the business.
