I would like to learn more currently I'm not learning anything I don't already know i feel I can grow more and would like to take in something more challenging other than that I enjoy my work of course u get the colleagues who would irritate you from time to time always getting there way but nothing you don't learn to deal with as a team we kick ass the best part of my job is coming together as a team making things work/happen and making our bosses proud showing them we are capable of doing anything together as a team typical work day would be coming in doing ur previous days banking the admin /filling and then making sure everything gets done that's meant to be done by end of business the most challenging part I would say is dealing with a difficult yet rude customer who had no way of speaking to another person you have got to keep ur cool and play it smooth

Personal skill development
Exact is a good company,great pace for personal developmen. From being a sales assistant now I am able to run shift when manager is of around,dispatch stock,count stock,manage people,day to day store admin check,cellphone consultant and do store visual. My relationship with other employees is perfect we work as a team. The most challenging part is working everyday and only getting one day off after 8 days.
Pros: Opportunity for promotion

The salary
considering the industry Im at right now and the service I think the salary is fair enough but also considering the working hours and the fact that Im not staying at home the money is little, but the environment is good just that sometimes working with people without training it sometimes a problem but as a Professional u master that very well

Career advancement opportunities are minimal at Exact
Career advancement opportunities are minimal at Exact. I worked at Exact for many years before I was made permanent staff. This also means that the financial security was very low for a very long time. I enjoyed working with the staff and learning everything I learnt there. A typical work day started at 8am and ended at 6pm. You need to be full of energy to work here. You will be merchandising, stock taking, dealing with the till, helping customers and cleaning amongst the other responsibilities.
Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Minimal to no opportunities for career growth

Perfect learning curve
I enjoy working with people.i've learned that before you come to work you have to love your job because there is a lot of challenge when working with people. The most challenging part that I come across is stockloss.

Good experience
Working at a retail store it always comes with pressure but it also build up and improve your customer relationship skill. Lets you interact with customers and allows you to get to know more about different characters and how to approach different situatuions. Working as a team also mean have a good relationship and enjoy job sharing, at exact we worked together and made sure that we meet our customers expectations. For me it was also building my career as I studied credit management, gave me the opportunity to work with cash and credit transactions which is a plus for me. Exact gave me the experience I needed.

I'm a 24 year old who is eager to learn new challenges
I have obtained a HC in Business Management and have worked in a retail for 3-4 years, the first two I was a stylist And last year March I received a supervisory position.

I am working at good company with good people and ive learn alot from this company I started as a flextimer to sales associate from there now am working as an assistant manager I got skill now I can do my job without being supervised

Phenomenal environment to work in and the atmosphere is very good.
Day to day daily targets, responding to emails, giving feedback. Dealing with customer complaints is the is the most challenging part of the work. The relationship with my colleagues is very good, even though sometimes we see things defferently but we will always find a way to overcome the obstacles. The most exciting part of about my job is assisting the customers to my very best. Socializing with a stranger for and in a minute everyone smiles like you've known each other. And the exciting part of it is merchandising, by merchandise means you dressing up the customers...
Pros: We have HR Connect where you can browse internal and external recruitment, it is a work with promising opportunities.
Cons: Working on weekends, checklist of store cleanness before clock off.
