Ericsson is a well established telecommunications company , with very high corporate culture , I have most certainly learned very smart ways of working in Bothe my career and personally life , Unfortunately Huawei has now taken most of the market share of the business and therefore Ericsson could no longer sustain the business ,therefore this lead to retrenchment

Working environment.

Pleasant inviroment. Good working environment. Lots of training and self betterment available. Job is contract relient, so if the company does not have a contract, they will get rid of all assets.

Pros: Good pay. Flexible hours.
Cons: Long hours, no job security.

I enjoy most working with people, My Most challenging aspects was to complete programs on time.

The following programmes were completed:- o 2012 CS Structure (SDM and CTM WoW) o Implementation of Tier 1 Regional in Ghana (1.2 Mil Sek) o Implementation of Tier 1 Central in India (1.1 Mil SeK) o Operations Evolution Project (CU – Hub) o Airtel MS to CS Program o ERC: CS Flow Optimization Program o 2016 Transformation Project (5 CU’s) o SDM to SDM handovers o Install base Verification Project (add on Sales +4mil Sek)

Excellent experience

Working in the telecom sector is very challenging but exciting. I'm always on my edge. I'm responsible for e2e supply chain activities including pre-sales, forecasting, planning, budgeting, order fulfillment and warehousing. I have an open door policy with my team. It is a very friendly atmosphere in the office and we always have a team lunch at any of the countries I'm responsible for. I have developed lots of leadership experience throughout my career at Ericsson.

Excellent company

Ericsson is a telecoms company based in Johannesburg. It has great opportunities to travel abroad, especially into Africa. Working at Ericsson has provided great exposure onto telecoms industry and business as the whole.

Learning curve

Previously I worked as a Technical Officer at Vodacom where my duties included tracking and managing Service Requests and Incidents on HP Service Desk, WFM and Remedy. I have the ability to liaise with people of all levels, following up on queries and communicate with clients via emails and telephone. I also configured equipment remotely as part of my first line support. Furthermore, I am highly skilled in record keeping and have technical back ground [Electronics]. Having worked in a casino fixing slot machines has helped me to have more interpersonal skills. I have actually been able to use different software such as [MS Office (All versions), Sunray and Citrix, etc.] when performing this task. This helped me in being adaptable with any office program.

Excellent in Project planning, Design ,implementation

Hi Sir/ Madam i have a lots of experiences in telecommunication with Good planning & coordinating skills. i have Good communication skills , i have Strong analytical abilities as solution architect with Accuracy. i have the ability to operate under extreme pressure and deliver as targeted weekly or monthly... I have led different projects for MTN in Transmission department ( Fiber & Microwave) from High level design up to Final Low Level Design for link deployment.
