it is a dream, the conducivety of the environment and the people are friendly and helpful, dealing with employees`s queries and other stakeholders, your NBC and others have been challenging and greater experience, the day to day is basically dealing with employees, their salaries, Wages and leaves and what not. its been great.

Good experience

Im dedicated to my work. Knowledge of polymers, chemicals, solvents, and other materials like rubbers, plastics. Laboratory experience and technical troubleshooting. ISO 17025

Being a supervisor

Working at my company is very interesting because you get to work with people from diffferent cultural backgrounds which you have to try and accommodate everyone because I believe team work is the best when it came to achieving the best results and for employees productivity. Being a supervisor for me it meant making sure that a companies interest comes first and the targets are riched e.g money budget.my dairy job would be making sure that our clients bookings are done,complains and concerned are resolved.I'm very organised person who wants thing done according the schedule and everything is ready for the day.

Pros: If you perform very well,the company can send you to a 1year course to study.
Cons: You can be called at anytime, to go and assist in any of the sites which needs your supervision including nightshift

Logistic Operation manager

Very challenging and highly demanding I leave office late Got a very good relationship with my co-worker that is my biggest strength. To be able to work under pressure . We look after the environment and our target is zero waste. Day to day Planning and facing difficult clients in terms of service deliveries

Pros: This is a good campony to work for, it got it's on challenges things changes every day and you get new things in a daily basis
Cons: long working ours due to job demand between 10-12hours a day

Worked as assistant to operations manager

looking after the whole Depot and working under Union in environment of 102 employees having good engagement with staff, worked as an assistant to operations manager today and enjoy working with people and new challenges, brake downs and union issues.

Pros: having oppotunity of the learning and promotions and working with good team.
Cons: Long hours

Changing of manual transmission 4.I worked a lots on Mercedes Benz truck most 5.taking lunch and tea break without extending minutes or hours 6.willing to work overtime and available to work at any time when needed. 7.ask to my superior if I don't understand

 I have completed in-service training (chemical industry: practical P1 and chemistry project P) in Analytics Chemistry.  Knowledge and understanding of Laboratory methods.  Good communication skills (both verbally and written)  Interpersonal skills, presentation skills, report writing skills.  Ability to work under pressure.  Information Management and Office Administration Skills.  Excellent Time Management Skills.  I am initiative, focused, goal oriented, flexible and thrive in a fast paced environment.  I regard myself a very responsible person with good work ethics and a positive attitude to business.

Excelent learning Curve

I work as a Site Supervisor for Enviroserv Waste Management under South32 Middleburg Mines which consists of 5 Sites(Ifalethu Colliery, Wolvekraans Colliery, Klipfontein Colliery and Mine Closure Operations). I've got 51 Employees which reports to me on regular daily basis. Im responsible for their medicals and inductions. I compile safety files for all 5 sites and submit monthly labour hours via HSEC online. I manage daily plant kilos as well as employees hours. I enjoy compiling safety files thats why I ended ip register with NOSA to study SAMTRAC because I want to have more knowledge in Safety.

Pros: Great Opportunity for growth
