Learning experience
When I joined Enviroserv it was a different industry from what I was used, but change does challenge me which I took upon myself and push myself that I am capable to learn new things.From a customer oriented person I joined the company and started to use the experience of what I learned from my previous job implemented to the new job

Eager to learn
I have gained experience in manufacturing industry while employed as a trainee analytical chemist at Aberdare cables in Port Elizabeth. The internship opportunity received at enviroserv waste management made me gain more work experience. My 6 years’ experience has made me proficient in qualitative and quantitative analysis in analyzing raw material and finished products from variety of sources, the use of modern analytical techniques such as analytical balance, seta flash meter, moisture balance, conductivity and PH meter. I am familiar with the procedure of interpreting and recording data as well as presenting the results gained. The quality course has given me clear understanding of quality system and how to apply the quality standards in the working environment.

Daily activities
Daily activities: 6h30 - 8h00 _ audit tripsheets and logsheets of the previous day 8h15 - 8h45 _ daily meeting with Commercial department 9h00 - 9h30 _ daily meeting with the Workshop department 10h00 - 17h30_ site visits, solving service queries and doing bin inspection in the depot

Busy days
My Days are always busy, I enjoy working fellow staff aswell as suppliers. Everyday is a new challenge which is good, challenges helps to become wiser and more experience and bringing in preventative measures. Most Challenging is dead lines from a internal staff due to their deadlines all to do with tenders etc and planning on their side.
Pros: Im in Regional Post its the Highest since i cannot relocate

Not challenging enough
ii have learnt a lot form the current company in the sort period with them, this has also opened my eyes in as far as looking for growth with the company but no signs of achieving that hence i am now in the market for growth and possibly elevate myself to new greater heights

Great company no
A great company to for especially if you are still a junior because you get to learn a lot of IT . Culture is more relaxed since it’s a waste management company. The environment is very flexible which make great to plan your day. High pace environment and high pressure especially on our landfill site where downtime must always to ZERO.

company is very white coming to better sallary only white are enjoying the benifit.black managers are window dressing not being paid the correct payments.when they do yearly budget black managers are not allowed to se it

Practical experience
At my previous employment i had a good working relationship with my coworkers and manager.From my coworkers ive also learn the diverse culture background and it made to better handle conflicts in the workplace . Management was very supportive in reaching targets and goals.Typical working days were very challenging and enjoyeble from start of shifts to end.Though every workplace has got it own challenges through teamwork and dedication it was like a day spent well away from home.
