Great learning experience. Manages to grow Lyceum brand in a short period of time. Sales consultants have the option to join medical aid at 40% of overall earnings. You learn on the go with no specific training. The workload demands 85% to be met of your overall target while adhering to company policies and administrative duties on CRM. After sales service is sometimes challenging due to customer enquities that has to be escalated to a different department which can lead to a 72 hour turn around before an answer can be given. Ultimately this can be frustrating to some students.

Pros: Opportunity for further studies within the group
Cons: No basic salary just a minimum guarantee. You have to build a salary and forfeit guarantee if commission exceeds or forfeit commission if below the minimum

Working under pressure and solving students' queries. All academic matters are handled, I have learnt in this aspect. Enjoy seeing students graduate, that output is important. Work well with colleagues

Pros: Skills acquired open opportunities for promotions and growth
Cons: working extra hours when necessary including Saturdays
