We do the impossible.

My Company is fast paced and very high volumes of work needed to be done in a short period of time . We do the impossible . As much as we are understaffed , we work really hard to achieve goals

Pros: Non (Honestly)
Cons: No benefits at ALL , Low salary , harsh working environment , Etc

Excellent growth

Theres growth if you coming from vars=isty and you get to learn alot and understand corporate enveronment, however there are no other benefits other than cost to company which is basically your salary,

I use to enjoy my job

A typical work day would consist of me making sure all classes happen as per timetable. Deal with student concerns and issues. Lecture. Network with industry professionals for student projects. I have a good friendly relationship with my co-workers. I have not learnt much new things at my present company and therefor feel stagnant. I use to enjoy the teaching however, times have changed so have our students. The thing I actually enjoy most is working with my colleagues. The most challenging aspects of my job is to make sure the students get what has been promised to them by management.

Fast learner

I'm a dedicated person willing to learn. I work well individually, and I am team player . It is a good Company ,as I stat that I'm looking for a new venture

Bad

Salary is very poor. No one cares about the staff. There is no bonus, no increase nothing. Widnt advise anyone to apply for a job here. No room for improvement.

Great to be able to offer my expertise to people who are willing to learn,

Enjoy the team I work with, we work well together. Plan, research & develop materials to teach students on all levels of education. It is always a daily challenge to make sure that all my materials are up to date & in line with new technological advancements.

Pros: Put together my own research material.
Cons: No annual increases or any bonuses

It is a good company to work for. It sets the right platform for students and employees to learn. I have learned ans grown a lot from working at this company.

Excellent work experience

A typical . day has a large amount of work flow that includes season campaigns. We work as teams to meet deadlines and support each other in individual tasks if one is swamped. I've been exposed to web design and motion graphics I enjoy developing new look and feels for the following year, in which we throw ideas around during a brainstorm session. The most challenging thing is having a-lot of job bags with impossible deadlines.

I am well versed within the HR scope

A typical work day includes a lot of attention to detail and service delivery. I am an approachable person who is willing to assist. Each day is a learning curve to advance myself.
