I've Learnt Impeccable People's Skills
I deal with people on a daily basis, having to assist then with different issues. Dealing with administrative work such as paperwork for gadget claims, repairs and device transfers. The working environment is a very fun and enthusiastic one to be in. We all get along quite well with differences here and there. Nevertheless I enjoy being at work as we are all one big family always helping one another and work as a team. However, like any retail job, there are difficult people to deal with on a daily basis, but we always try to help even the difficult ones. But it assists us in understanding different types of people, and adapting to an attitude that'll help us in doing our jobs the best way we can.
Pros: Learning people's skills, admin work, filing
Cons: Not very easy to get promoted unless you apply for another position within the company.

Excellence working experience
I am a good learner,quick to adapt to changes,i have worked with more than 100 people in the same office,12 in a group's but we work well together to achieve the required standard set by our managers. I have given myself to accomplish my work in time. I am punctual. I am fast in typing .I solve customer problems without being harsh And escalate account to the relevant department if that's what is required.

Excellent learning environment
It is a nice environment that gives me a chance to learn new things. The environment is highly pressurised and needs a highly strong person with experience. Relationship building plays a very important role. The working relationship with all my business partnes and colleagues is very strong. What I enjoy the most is the on going projects and challenges within the areas I look after.

Give us less hours
I have learned so much with edcon but they won't give you a position even you have long time and experience there and they giving us less our and I have bills to pay, I enjoy working there ingaging with the customer but it won't help pay my bills and I worked so hard there
Pros: I just had a more experiance from workim with the compony
Cons: a week I will get 10hours workin 2 days a week five five

Sourcing Experience
My current role of Footwear Sourcing Manager, requires me to brief, negotiate and assess sampling of our China-based vendors, as per the buyer's needs. This role has also required me to travel to factories and visit vendors in China to discuss placement opportunities, book capacity and negotiate, with a view to capitalize on the volume placement across the group. I have also gained experience in dealing with local footwear factories and suppliers, with whom I have built strong relationships.
Pros: Allowed me to work with many experienced and knowledgeable people.

Fast learner and people's person
I do not have a code 8 and own car I have code 10 only i have 9 years retail experience and including 8 years as a visual mervhandiser, I worked for Woolworths, Markham and now currently working for Edgars, i am very dedicated individual, out spoken person in terms of voicing things i do not agree with and that cripple the company, this is also a reason I am searching for a new job
Pros: eliminate some promotions and set time frame.. apart

Good experience
having great time with edcon but I need something permanent, I am starting my daily duty from 07:00 t0 16:00 week days, having great relationship with co workers though is challenging sometimes but I am from each and every challenge I am facing because they make me realise that we have different view and we must always respect each other because at the end of time mission must be accomplished

Profound knowledge and experience
An eye opening work environment,largely invested in different dynamics particularly on how to handle different kinds of customers on a larger scale and also one of the best career path enrollment particularly on day to day tasks and responsibilities more so also being a leader in my store departments helping others out giving counsel and sharing my knowledge.

Excellent exposure
Very exciting duties on a daily basis It's been a amaZing l earnings from different characters My l earnings are base on the following: + people's managment + communication skills + leadership skills +project management + liaising with external and internal stakeholders Enjoy being on the ground interacting with customers face to face, Listening to their views and complains and take that to improve the way of doing things. Most challenging, is to keep all your customer's happy everytime when they visit your store
