It has been a challenge but woth it

I have been taken out of my comfort zone and with that i have learnt so much about the Warehouse industry and having to be a Supervisor it taught me a great deal as to how to work with so many personalities and still get the optimum from my colleagues.

Learning experience

Edcon was a learning experience that helped me expand my knowledge in the retail call center industry. It assisted in polishing my managerial skills while exposing to tasks above my position. I was able to use the skills I brought from my previous employers and apply them to exceed expectation.

Pros: Great and vibrant company
Cons: limited growth opportunities

Its great experience to work there we respect each other as an employee's bt now im looking for a better job that will allow me to grow as an employee and a person

Excellent communication skill

We are a team worker that contain ladies, we hard workers. Who are willing to put extra time in order to achieve goals and objectives. we take direction very well with an ability to work well.

Pros: willing to learn new thing for me to succed and to be recognised
