Excellence learning curve

Nice company to work for , management also develop us, training modules free, we have free weekends and we are allowed to express our concerns freely as per company culture

Excellent learning curve

DeThe working environment at Edcon is not bad. There is some room for improvement.in a nutshell, turn a bad situation into a good one. This is how I enjoyed the past 9years I have been with the company

Excellent space of growth

I learnt a lot in a short period of time I acquired knowledge a lot of people receive in a number of years the company has been there for Decades I love the work ethic and tradition and work culture, sadly I was retrenched but I’m grateful for the lessons I received

Opportunity to grow within the company

in the retail industry you need to treat every customer like your employer keeping in my that at the end of the day they are the ones who Pays You! Team work is golden no how small or big your team is but you'll produce excellent results if you all working towards achieving same goals. Never call your self a manager but rather a leader.

it is a great working environment but pays small money per hour even tough it is good for extra cash .it has great opportunities for traveling and meeting new people evrytime

Greatest milestone

Working at edcon has being a greatest milestone for me because Im working as stocktakers but i know how to perform most retail duties so I have Learned sor much in edcon group and also learned to communicated well with customers and be more solution driven
