I get things done
I manage the movement of goods for the Western Cape which includes all major banks and cell phone companies amoung many other clients. I am involved in full functional general management of the business which includes growth, change management and optimisation.
Pros: high intesity, pressured and quick decision making. Uses skills to optimise and streamline business structures.
Cons: too structured and no variance for creativity

Talent pool programme
Been working for Dsv for 7 years now as an operations Supervisor. Got an oppurtunity to be part of the talent pool programme which I gained a lot of knowledge on how to manage staff, I also did IR training and got to observe hearings. I would be a pleasure to explore and join other organizations

I am a hard work enjoy working with colegues , also a fast learner and like to assist each other while we are join business , strong typing , happy to gain more than I have as a business minded. Helping a company to growths . and I learn how to run a business and also face a though challenges in a business

Cons: The company operate 24 hours , but we are working by shifts , they have a night ,day and afternoon shift , 8 hours work

They make sure that all their customers are always happy and are getting the right services.
During a typical work day, my biggest task is to sort and consolidate parcels for Airport. My relationship with co-workers, we always work together and the communication is very good. I have learn to be strong and to work hard. Also to check and avoid unnecessary mistake. I enjoyed to work with my team and give the best results on productivity. The most challenging aspects when the volume of the parcels is too high. But I always manage it by pulling up the pace.

Excellent learning curve
A typical day at work would include calling drivers in the morning to get information on how many parcels they went out with is there any help they need regarding, then call client to make delivery arriof the cards, the work environment was not harsh we could move around a have little conversation with colleagues, the hardest part was when I have to conduct investigation on why the card was not delivered successfully ng addresses

Typical Work day
Typical day - once KAM has acquired business from new client my responsibility is to ensure that SDLC is followed through to ensure the client is onboarded successfully onto our systems for collection & delivery of various products - collection of FICA documents, delivery of cellphones, tablets etc. Enhancements to services for existing clients - mostly Banks - new methods of receiving data for delivery of debit & credit cards to end customers. Ensuring that all documentation & specs are completed & distributed within prescribed timelines in order to have them approved & moved into next development cycle. Ensure that thorough is testing is completed with intense end-to-end client testing & then the successful deployment into our Production environment.
Pros: New learning experiences on a daily basis, Job satisfaction once new client has been loaded onto our systems successfully
Cons: Environmental issues with clients, causing delays to Production
