A typical day at work will be keeping up with the day to day requirements, issuing out of job cards to staff members and ensuring that we maintain a happy yet professional and fun working environment, I have learned that working in a team makes things easy as we can delicate. the thing I enjoy the most is dealing with clients and helping get queries resolved. the most challenging aspect with what I do is when for some reason we feel to meet SLA and we need to find a way of ensure that we meet our daily targets

Fast learner
At working industry i enjoy my day when i did my job very well and if the manager is certified about it ,and i enjoy my team mate we help each other and we work as a strong team to keep the Company Values and we make sure that our Company has a Positive word of mouth.my team mate they teach me the Process of working and a lot of staff now im doing multi job .

PLACE OF GROWTH
The highlight of my current job it has to be handling a successful query and making sure that the customer is happy, as we do not deal with the customers face to face but we make sure that everything goes according to plan.

I am passionate about service deliver
My role entials managing the relationship with all stakeholders. Ensure that employees are within the correct salary bands. Management reports and projects meet deadlines. Induction of eployees and training. Managing my team.

I'm learner with good technical skills in terms of HRIS of the company
Working Working for DSV has been wonderful journey for me. I love handling HR related queries. By this we had to move to new Sage system, this project was a lot of task to be done but me and my supervisor we manage to tackle all the obstacles faced. I am currently looking for permanent job because I am learner in my department and it's been two years going to three years and therefore the stipend I receive it is not pleasant because I have a baby that I need to take of

Call drivers, call clients for booking, monitor routes and manage returns
We call clients to make a booking with them, get personal information and confirm addresses depending on what is being delivered, nd also also monitor drivers and help them out with routes that they will be working in and get information on how many parcels the have received for the day and help them deliver them as the day goes by... Insuring that there are no misdirects in whichever route you're monitoring... d LegendsHornbill Lodge and Legends

I give out 100% in my everyday at work and play my at most part as a team player
my day is planned with a positive, productive prayer each morning and what i love mist is the part we play as a team to make sure that all it done and help each other every way we can. what i have learned is to trust in all you do and never do e=what you not sure off asking has never became a problem in the working environment

I have learnt to work with different people..and to multitask.
It is a great company to work for...with different departments one can gain experience from.. employees are free spirited..I mostly enjoy interacting with closure over the phone...
