My current role is for hard workers
In my current role I have learned a lot and are still learning. We build relationships with our clients as well as with our internal departments so as to process the clients business smooth. I have learned how to be pro-active and to work under pressure. My peoples skills have improved greatly.

Excellent learning curve
It is not really hectic, i have learnt how to do medical payments and i have a good relationship with my colleagues. I don't really find it challenging as i an used to an environment that always keeps me on my feet.
Pros: No room for growth
Cons: Too far, have to travel long hours

Excellent learning curve
It is a great challenge to work for such a huge company, you meet different people and you learn something new everyday. it is a challenge to communicate tariffs with doctors, i have learnt to remain calm and stay humble. I get along well with my co-workers, it feels like I'm at home.
Pros: you get to work overtime
Cons: there is always a lot of work.

My currently role is challenging daily
I enjoy the relationships built during the years and it has though me how to deal with different people or rather my people's skills have improve greatly and how to stand out under pressure.
