Perfect learning curve
Working for Discovery Insure has allowed me to see the insurance industy in a different approach. My company has taught me that there is more to just ensuring that our drivers are protected on the roads, we must also reward them for their good driving behaviour. I work in a team of dedicated, energetic and good professionals. We are more then just a team, we are a family. We help and support each other. Just like every team, we sometimes have our moment but we try to dance out of it and go back to being one happy family.

I am a fast and eager learner and consider myself at to be a well presented, self-motivated, have the ability to work without supervision and is capable of using my own initiative. I am 100 % reliable, trustworthy and committed. I am loyal, stable and flexible person who is focused to achieve a goal in life and easy to adapt changes. I have a good sense of humor, enjoy a challenge, thrive under pressure and never hesitate to go the extra mile. My motivation comes from my general positive attitude and the sense of satisfaction, derived from a job well done. I believe I make a difference in everything I do.

Treating clients Faily
The morning at Discovery I have learnt that patience is very conductible when you are working in the Motor industry I learnt that clients dont really understand how the Industry works and so It has given me opportunity to make our clients aware and give them more insight to how the Industry works. This has also taught me to be able to retain and up sell on products (Better sales and Marketer) What I enjoy the most is how diligently the company treats their clients with Respect. They always Come first which I feel our Country needs to do as well so we all live in a better place for all. Most challenging aspects of my Job is Brokers who dont really want to do they work and expect us as consultants to do they work just because we are the call center consultants.

Great company , with a great culture towards technology
Great culture, young culture, seem to hire the best within all required fields. Open to suggestions and challenging the system. Strong upper leadership. Great open plan offices which encourages collaboration and discussion.

Correct
Every morning I do planning and defects or project allocations. I make sure everyone has work and they are okay. I run daily scrums and review test cases. My team is very much new in the industry I love my Job as a Tester. I have an opportunity to implement new things like automation and motivating people and grooming staff. Its great to ne part of a change and innovations within the company. Dealing with different people with different characters.

Excellent learning curve
A typical working day is getting to work,start taking calls immediately and continuously calling out to clients with normal tea breaks and lunch. My relationship with my colleagues are the best.We get along very well,the respect is there.We understand and obey the rules of being colleagues at work and friends out of work staying professional with in the workplace is what we take very very serious and important. I've learnt to always be on professional,patient,productive and to push no matter how hard things become,no matter how rude a client is but to stay calm and patient. I enjoy my great understandings with clients and the great loving Bond with my team and bosses. Challenges in the company is difficult clients and the objections you get from them.
Pros: Gaining Experience telephonically as to how to speak to an unknown individual.
Cons: Salary not enough.

Intense learning of multitasking
Its an interactive friendly environment, has pressure days and low pressure days, time management is key, I have learned being in a multi-cultural environment, to thrive under pressure and to align my personality with my work. I enjoy pleasing every client that i assist.

No growth
I start work before 08:00 as the work load is too much , hardly stand up from my desk as i need to monitor my work , cannot knock off at 16:30 cause there is work i could not do during working hours due to the high volume of calls daily , colleagues focus on what they need to do and hardly socialize, you cannot manage the time as there isn't enough staff, its impossible to get your views across to management , there is no room for growth , growth is one sided and very difficult to get

Learnt to be my best self possible
Was able to grow and learn a lot about myself. I learnt a lot about dealing with different types of characters. We work under high pressure conditions and pull together as a team and put in extra hours when required to reach targets and goals. Working at Discovery pushed me to limits I didn't know I could reach. I was pushed to be the best me I possibly could.

I strive to provide accurate work, good communication, and error-free service.
Pros: No Pros, free lunch of you hit target... Which barely happens cause all leads are dead
Cons: Long working hours, no decent equipment, Dead, ice cold leads, No higher salry than R4K, no decent training, no team building, no professional management, boring.. not nice at all.
