Opportunity to gather more experience

Its a good company but theres no gowth A typical working day is more about sorting customer queries,internal and external customers. The co workers are good people. Friendly.

Good Sales manager coaching

Good Sales and distribution company. Experience in T3 markets will help you manage any business. Pricing of goods very competitive. High targets set for T3 market. No discounts of goods. Lots of time spent in trade. Relationship building with customers is key to success.

Fantastic base in handling the company's largest customer base in the country

Thoroughly enjoyed my 4.5 years learning and developed from where i was to where i am. I gained valuable experience in setting up new retail channel from cradle to grave,led the Inland sales team to win multiple incentives as a team nationally.

Pros: great opportunity for promotions
Cons: No benefits to pay for staff to studies.

Worse company to work for

It's the worst decision I have ever made in my life. Little appreciation for efforts and achievements. Worse remuneration package, impossible to achieve commission structure.

Cons: No clear strategy from company, too much dictatorship, little room for innovation

It creat a good communication skills

We pull stick from the Sudbury and went to sell it at the tack shop, whatever you load on the vehicle you have to sell it and bring only the money to the Sudbury , So if it happens you get robbed it is your business

Agile passionate and professional

I have vast experience in various sectors such as engineering and manufacturing..FMCG..Pharmaceutical...Energy etc. I would appreciate a change a joining a well established organization as I believe that I bring about growth and great esults in what I do. I have a very good personality and get along with my customers proficiently. I am good at collecting company debts and funds as a result I always get compliments for my good and positive attitude.

It's a good learning curve

Working for the company I'm currently working for is a good learning curve in terms of getting experience and understanding the the fmcg industry, but there's growth I've been a rep for 5 years and there's no sign for growth on the entire team I work with not only from my side, that's the main reason for my living.

Pros: There are no promotions
Cons: Long working hours
