Good working skill even under pressure

I am a guy who has been working in a company of merchandising procta and gamble producs as well of Mondelez. I have been for about a long time of which I can work with so much people understand their ways of communicating in surrounding as we working together. I am now an experienced guy in the field of working in Retail stores, understanding the products not only mine but of so much other merchandisers. I am a well mannered person, showing so much respect to our managers and also our fellows in the field of working environment. I so wish to experience more in the field of marketing.

Pros: it not bad but good working conditions.
Cons: long working hours but less work and money.

Collecctions capturing of allocations revates discounts

Colletions driven and target driven person. Investigations thourouly done until the end process . Keep going on until resolving problems . Determination to resolve queries and assistance to other people. My next step what I would like to do is to manage a view people and collecting montly debtors book. And to be a sucessfull person to meet my goals in life. Always a team player . Friendly and out going personality. Hope this gives you the benefit and asset for your business

Very good company to work for.

Visiting distributors as well as infield training with Sales people on a daily basis. We work together very well as a team. The informal market is where product growth and sales growth will come from. The working days are never the same as you deal with different people every day. The extremely high crime rate in the informal sector is a massive challenge.

Pros: Very vibrant trade market to work in, also very challenging, but at the same time very rewarding.
Cons: The extremely high crime rate in the Townships.

Sales

Excellent learning curve. It has built a stronger character towards sales and marketing. Made relationshis with many shop owners. The relationship with Co workers is out of this world. The company has also a great room for growth.
