Excellent Skills Development

You always meeting different poeple everyday which I love. Everyday you are faced with a different challenge and being in a Tech store you always know the latest and greatest tech stuff. Customer service has to be on point everyday. Making sure profits comes in for the company, negotiating with head office or suppliers to get right stock into the store. Great place to work if you want to learn but very fast paced, you have to learn quick and be sharp.

Pros: Potential to make money
Cons: Late hour because you work in a mall

Just ok

It's a good working environment that mainly focuses on customer service and provides some information on the new technologies by simplifying it to their customers

Good learning curve

An 8 hour working day with good working interaction between team members. Recently have salary cuts. Most challenging aspect is that we work more than one department at a time so basically there are quite a number of vacant positions

Pros: Good skill development
Cons: Long working hours, underpaid

Being part of the Dion Wired team

Working in Dion Wired is nice as is a peaceful environment. Everybody does their job and that makes it easier for everyone to be up to date with their work. As a team, we cooperate very well together and live like a family as we spend more time together at work and sometimes go out together after work to build our team spirit and to get to know one another. I have learnt that unity is power and also learnt to be responsible. I enjoy my work the most.

Pros: There is a greater opportunity for a promotion as the company is growing and build more brunches
Cons: We work long hours at a lower rat and we work on weekends

Motivating company

Great time

It's been great for me thus far in terms of experience over the last 5 years with massmart. I gathered a lot both from Game store and Dion Wired in terms of customer service and expectations. My expertise has grown in leaps and bounds in terms of understanding how the market works,how the business operates.

Pros: It's a great step to get experience, customer service and engagement with different race's.
Cons: Long hours with no time to socialize can sometimes take its toll on you.

I have learned to be patient

working with customers everyday is challenging especially if you do not understand their characters,but i have learned to read people's characters and that made me to understand my working environment even more.

I learned a lot about customers and how to treat them.

I'm a fast learner, hard worker, I can work under pressure. I have an experience as a cashier, filling clerk and customers service. I also have a licence code 10

Pros: Eye contact with customers, giving them good services, helping them with smile.
Cons: I was working normal hours and sometimes working extra hours.

Its was a good company that I learned a lot being in retail for the first time being permane

I was a cashiers responsible of processing customers purchases and a customer service consultant responsible to book in any faulty unit that needs repair. Communication and team work with coworkers was vital coz reports had to be given and prepared if u where not to report to so that they can continue where u left off.I learned to be firm,polite,good communication and cross selling.New tech products of high end quality where sold in that store whereby u had to learn how the operate and that was fun.Challenges where of repair agents now repairing units in time and have to deal with an upset customer.

Pros: Opportunity to grow in of great expectation
Cons: Long working hr 9am to 7pm
