My experience in Dion Wired
Working in Dion Wired is is just ordinary. It's like a pattern, you come in at a specific time, deal with similar situations like selling to different customers bit have similar issues with the returns and delivery issues. I enjoy interacting with customers when they call in for help or queries as I then help where I can or transfer to someone who could help the customer. Doing follow-ups on customer's deliveries is quite fascinating as I have to ensure that the customer is happy with our service delivery.
Pros: There is a greater opportunity for a promotion as the company is growing and build more brunches
Cons: We work long hours at a lower rat and we work on weekends

Being part of the Dion Wired team
Working in Dion Wired is nice as is a peaceful environment. Everybody does their job and that makes it easier for everyone to be up to date with their work. As a team, we cooperate very well together and live like a family as we spend more time together at work and sometimes go out together after work to build our team spirit and to get to know one another. I have learnt that unity is power and also learnt to be responsible. I enjoy my work the most.

I learned a lot about customers and how to treat them.
I loved working with people and helping customers was the part that I loved most. To greeting them with smile, eye contact, knowing about different bank cards.
Pros: Eye contact with customers, giving them good services, helping them with smile.
Cons: I was working normal hours and sometimes working extra hours.

Amazing learning curve
I have learned to deal with invoice capturing stock taking receiving and despatching of high risk stock ... I had a managing experience where by my line mananger was out on sick Leave for a two years I had to fill in... I did absolute gryt even got a reward from my Senior mananger

Amazing experience
Working for Dionwired was one of the best companies that I worked for the experience is still amazing cause of all the new tech. Every day something new will come in and I was very excited to see what the new product can do. Learning it's features and specifications. What it has to offer our clients,benefits and making there lives easier. Simplyfying Technology. Working as a team is also the best, cause without every one working together we could never give the best service to our customers.

My experience in Dion Wired
I am young, confident, flexible and vibrant at all times that's making me even more productive as I am work focused and multitask. I cope well under pressure. I am able to work as a team and also able to work independently. In Dion Wired I operate the switchboard, capture and follow-up on customer's deliveries, capture the stock counts, make price signages and merchandise on the system. I do paperwork and filing as well. It's a great challenge to work in my department as you have to be fully focused. I enjoy my work because it's now easier as I am used to it and it keeps me busy.

Great learning space
Less red tape, able to make decisions. Challenging space both external and internal . Great support structure from head office. Structure is straight and narrow in operations which limits the growth upwards(next level). Great exposure into other roles within the operations.

Its was a good company that I learned a lot being in retail for the first time being permane
I was a cashiers responsible of processing customers purchases and a customer service consultant responsible to book in any faulty unit that needs repair. Communication and team work with coworkers was vital coz reports had to be given and prepared if u where not to report to so that they can continue where u left off.I learned to be firm,polite,good communication and cross selling.New tech products of high end quality where sold in that store whereby u had to learn how the operate and that was fun.Challenges where of repair agents now repairing units in time and have to deal with an upset customer.

Working hard to get to the point where you actually want to be.
I have worked so well with my previous company, and I've learned a lot and I have gained a lot of experience with Dion wired, regarding to my co-workers we have a strong team building, and the most part I've enjoyed at Dion wired was when we went to make a sales marketing on streets, we wanted to grow the company and make a good sales target. The most challenging aspects it was when we ain't making sales. (77)
