I manage to do data capturing sending emails, telephone answering I mostly enjoyed to be a good team player attending health and safety meeting assisting customers with their complains

Good customer's service

It is a great company with people from different backgrounds and cultures. We learned a lot from each other with the company's best interest at heart. I also learned to be more understanding and patient with my colleagues and customers. Dealing with difficult customers or lazy colleagues could be challenging but I can handle them

Cons: No workshops to improve on our skills

Customer service and meeting deadlines

It is a great company with people from different cultures and backgrounds and we learned a lot from each other personally and workwise because we would help each other with work. I have learned to be more patient towards colleagues and customers and being able to help people with their problems filled my heart with joy

I wish to be promoted through my hard working activities

I manage to corporate well with my superior and other staff members in the municipality, I was typing emails sending fax again I was answering telephone and filling employees leave forms again attending health and safety meetings

Pros: i wish to put more effort
Cons: i work hard during working hours again helping other employees with their deadlines

Good customer's service

It is a great company with people from different backgrounds and cultures. We learn a lot from each other and we also teach each other how to do the work with the company's best interests at heart. I also learned to be more patient and understanding towards my colleagues and clients and that also helped me to deal with difficult clients as that can be a huge challenge

Meeting different people and be able to help them

Nice open plan office with good colleagues who are able to share their knowledge. Being able to listen and understanding that peoples background and lifestyles are different. I enjoyed explaining to the customers about the accounts and what will happen if they don't pay their accounts and being able to convince them that it is the right thing to pay their debt. The most challenging was dealing with customers who didn't want to cooperate

Pros: No there were no chances of promotion
Cons: Working reasonable hours

Customer service

It is a great company to work for with different people and cultures, we got to learn a lot about each other Sharing knowledge amongst each other to grow professionally Dealing with uncooperative client but had to help him or her no matter what, so that taught me to be more patient when dealing with clients

Cons: No promotion opportunities
