It is a great company with people from different backgrounds and cultures. We learn a lot from each other and we also teach each other how to do our work with the company's best interests at heart. I have also learned to be more patient and understanding towards my colleagues and clients. That also helped me to deal with difficult clients as that can be a huge challenge

I wish to be promoted through my hard working activities

I manage to corporate well with my superior and other staff members in the municipality, I was typing emails sending fax again I was answering telephone and filling employees leave forms again attending health and safety meetings

Pros: i wish to put more effort
Cons: i work hard during working hours again helping other employees with their deadlines
