Gaining experience

Digicall is more for gaining experience . It is not a company to settle in unless you people to be promoted . It's fun working there but only till a certain time then you get bored so i have taken on tasks from my manager and learnt a lot more . The most challenging parts are with irate clients but once you know how you assist those clients in a efficient manner you become an expert .

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day lovely relationship with co-workers alot has been learnt enjoy the environment always reaching the targets set out by the company which involves hard work Solving queries makes you think creatively which takes up a lot of energy as well the excustomer services

Its important stay professional and allow nepitism to control your position

i have enjoyed working for Digicall, its a very relaxed environment - the work itself is very stressful, but because of the type of environment it makes it easy to cope with your daily tasks and pressure that is on you. my colleagues are very pleasant, It can be a major challenge to work in multicultural environment where our clients' organizations have values, beliefs and certain conventions that are distinctly different from ours ... An organization's culture is driven by the values throughout our organization in my years of working for this company - company has always had incentive parties for the team- and that also motivated the team to push hard or work hard

Excellent learner

I get to work on time to have a nice fresh start to the day, Monitor employees time keeping in the morning. Check who is late and who is absent if no notification is received. Start the day with sending stats from the day before. Sort out emails and queries. I enjoy sorting out queries. the most challenging aspect sometimes is trying to keep everybody satisfied which will never happen and at the same time trying to keep everybody motivated.

Pros: better opportunities to grow just not as an individuals but also in my career
Cons: long working hours
