We work together to achieve what is needed from us by dept of education. Wes share informatio. working under pressure to meet deadline in time. teach learners how they suppose to behave at school

Pros: learn how to work with other and how to behave. working as a team can speed up work. sharing information makes things simple and easy to be done at time
Cons: We are able to work long hours when we are behind with our work even work on Saturday n sunday

Good learning experiance

Good relationship with Co workers,i enjoy working with a a group of people and solving problems,The most challenging aspects about my job is to deal with different group of people with different behaviours.I learn a lot in managing different chactets

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt to work with many people on a daily basis. Working with diverse individuals and their different characteristics. I also learnt that a person is a unique being with their challenges being central to them. What I enjoy mist is that I am able to understand my colleagues world view and see things as they see them because I believe that what people ' construct is real to them

Pros: Close school every term with school children
Cons: Long hours and work under pressure exoecially during exam time

Good telephone etique ,excellent customer service skills

i have learnt to be a critical thinkers , customer services oriented have a great relationship with co-workers I enjoy learning new technology and also using technology to enhance quality of education ,I have also learned to work in a team and also can work on my own .The most challenging things is not being able to help the educator to solve the problem because its beyond my scope

Excellent environment for growth and learning

Waking up everyday to a new challenge was amazing, an being able to grow and learn new things every day. Working environment was productive with with assistance and support from management, what i really enjoyed waa events managing and diary planning but sometimes we would have alot an i will have to compromise my time of leaving

I am an experienced educator, always with good results at the end.

I alwys wake up in the morning motivated to go my learners. They are the core-business. As a school with many educators, with different attitudes, flexibilty is my key role. What challenges me most, is overcrowded classes. I find it difficult to practice all teaching skills sometimes.

Pros: So far i dnt see any.
Cons: It is tiresome
