My daily job

The Northern have a vast land area, so our schools who are my main clients are widely spread. 96 of them. Driving to them requires waking up early to get to schools. I have learnt so far a lot on how to use technology in the classroom. What I enjoy mostly about my job is The mos challenging part of my job are the long distances i have to drive.

Pros: Job certainty
Cons: No promotion opporunities

Listening skill and communication skill

I am a young man who is willing to offer skills and knowledge gathered through studies. I am pro active. I can make decision. Can solve problems. Can lead a team. Liase with different stakeholders. Can work under pressure and go extra mile. I can also socialise and also a team player. I can guide and able to coach my subordinates

Pros: I work hard to ensure production in the organisation
Cons: I can work more than stipulated hours

Excellent learning curve

People are welcoming, a wonderful place to work, friendliest ever... Management sometimes ignore the inputs of employees but we managed to keep it going

Cons: Sometimes we work during the weekend and its not even overtime they just ask you to do it

Good learning experiance

There's good relationship between us workers and learners,.Sometimes it is challenging because we deal with learners with problems back at home,different characters.Dealing with learners is very enjoyable because they are just angels, you punish them today, tomorrow they come and hugs you.Overcrowding is the worst challenge because you do not give them much special attention

Im a person who learn very fast and adapt on a new situation with a blink of an eye

I a person whos working extra 2 hours almost everyday at my current work i like computer and to know about new information and new technology. Ill like to work with a team and to be honest on our job. To meet deadlines and to work very hard

Good working environment increases productivity

am able to create, send, receive and read e-mails, filing documents, heavy duty printing, photocopying, scanning and faxing of documents which are performed using 4 in 1 machine. • I am also a good typist of document by that I can say I can be able to run, supervise and mange any office environment and produce good quality of result.

Cons: crowded environment with learners

Excellent learning

i have learned a lot of work and so many challenges at work, also learned how to solve work related issues. i also learned how to use Persal system. so now i can work in groups or individual and i have communication skills.

I am competed and i like working with a team and under pressure and i am available immediately

I am at Finance section under financial control, we capture receipts, compiling a budget using bas, faxing, filing, emailing and School inspection(Auditing). I have a good working relationship with my colleagues we work as a team to share information and the knowledge we have to others. working at this department I have learnt about government policies and the bathopele principle and how to serve the public in terms of providing service delivery to them. The challenges I encountered is using persal it is so complicated and it needs more time to catch it up or to learn it

Pros: i would love to be promoted according ro my performance and my reliability
Cons: i can work long hours if there are any deadline and on holidays
