I've worked very perfectly with the staff and usually I liked the fact that we were working even overtimes and get paid for that hours. I have have learnt that client or customers comes first and as for what I've enjoyed is the way we were working as a team in anyway.

Learning Curve

The typical day in our office is processing requisition request through procurement processes and attending to public and contractors inquiries. A very demanding environment, It requires patience and calmness as we deal with the public and contractors on a daily basis. The relationship between I and my colleagues is very good and we interact daily as our functions or activities are intertwined. I enjoy the practical aspect of SCM functions and interacting with the public during service delivery. The most challenging thing about our department is dealing with suppliers or contracts that do not understand the SCM processes
