Im very interested on this post as im having the goverment experience and on private sector and on management level and also knowing the safety of employees on sites guaded by the OHSA and if i can able to get this opportunity I will make sure that you achieve the objective of the company as im doing with the current employer.
Pros: Dairly work is to conduct inspections,monitoring complience in the different company guaded by this OHSA legislation.
Cons: Folloup notices that has been issued after 60 days.

Excellent learning opportunities
I am enjoying my current work and have been exposed to a lot as a generalist performing at a directors level in the province. I have a great relationship with officials as a wellness manager. Recruitment and selection has been the most challenging as the province is the busiest when it comes to filling of post as people dont stay

My story
my work of daily base it good, challenging and self growing as get exposed to different clients of different attitude. so it a nice job. my relationship with colleagues it great, fun and challenging sometimes as there are disagreements. i have learnt to be patient, emotional intelligent, problem solving skills. how to keep up with too much work load and pressure. i enjoy doing my job assigned to , i enjoy seeing myself making a different in tasks and people lives. what most challenging it clients and colleagues.

Team worker, prepeared to learn more, Hard worker
I have worked at supply chain for 8 to 10 years.I started at Demand section and moved to logistic . Currectly i am at contract management. i Monitor all the contracts signed with the department. Compliance and see that they are paid accordingly.

I am a person who have good values, morals and good ethics. I am a person who is friendly, a team player and I like working with people. I have great computer skills, people skills and good in planning my work. I am target oriented and a person who likes to learn new things from existing people in the organization.

Hard-working with 13years of office Administration.Was leading the frontline and supervises. Exellent learning curve
love working with people and on a typical day almost 50 to 100 people come and make enquiries. my co-workers are friendly and lovely people, I tend to learn a lot from them as they a older than me.

Need new challenges to take company to new and better prospects
I have been a public servant for the past 17 and half during my employment with government I have received numerous performance bonuses due to my leadership skills and empowering my subordinates experience with the industry and their development of the company.

New challenges
I have been a public servant for the past 17 and half during my employment with government I have received numerous performance bonuses due to my leadership skills and empowering my subordinates so they can become better leaders in future. Being at labour department was quite challenging especially ensuring that clients were satisfied in terms of batho Pele principles.
