Excellent
Excellent I love working here. The only issue I have is that it is only a fixed term contract. Therefore the opportunity for me to grow here are little to non. Id love to stay however I need to get a permanent position and I think I'd be more proficient and. e

Excellent
It is great to work at that company, because I learn new set of skills, qualities, I have more knowledge and experience. I learned about UIF, Oaysheets. I work 5 days a week, which is Monday to Friday 7:30 to 16:00. My relationship with my co-workers is good. What I enjoy most is doing my work, interacting with people and sharing ideas. The most challenging aspect of the job is when coming to do month statistic because you have to do proper calcation so that it can balance.

Acquired contract management certificate
working at my company is okay but the only problem is that it is not challenging enough to make one grow. There's no growth even if if tou have qualification.

Hard worker determined to bring stability in any organisation.
Deals with misconduct , grievances and disputes on a daily basis. Engage myself with organised labour, management and concerned staff all the times. I have learned how to deal with different types of people, i.e. good understanding of diversity management. I enjoy debates with different types of people particularly arguing about legislation and policies.
Pros: Funds in government limited.
Cons: over 40 hours per month (remunerated or non remunerated)

Excellent learning curve
Good employer to gain Labour Law Practical and technical experience. A typical work day are conducting audits at various companies, presentation and meeting with external stakeholders.
Pros: Great opportunity to gain Labour Law exposure.

Team work,communication,interpesonal and listening skills
These academic and experience have made me believe that through every hard work there is a victory,i am able to handle pressure. I am a competent and experienced person with the ability to interpret and execute instructions as well as a self driven and a self-starter with hands on approach.
Pros: As an experienced person i am able to multitask and handle enormous pressure whereby i was a quality assurer

It's was one the most exellent learning curve,with great mentor.
Well the users had ups and downs but then it taught me how to deal with users professionally so. Infrastructures were great. Office hours didn't matter as I enjoyed what I was hired for. The team was supportive it felt like they were family,they made it easy to work with. Great mentor. Great manager.
Pros: It's a governmental Infrastructure
Cons: Great working hours...even sometimes we had to work over hours
