Excellent learning experience

A typical work day starts at 7.30 until 16.15pm. My relationship with my colleagues is friendly but profession in my time here I have learnt client consultation and dealing with difficult clients. onal.

Excellent learning curve

What i enjoy working at this company the working hours/office hours are flexible , the enviroment is clean ,quite and bigger space to work in ,i loved working with the team,social events, end of the functions and events.what i did not like about my work place was working with small minded people i.e who are jealouse, inquisitive and always gossiping,people who undermine others in terms of their status rank,and who makes it uncomfortable to welcome new staff members and show them the ropes around the office or work enviroment ,as others are in a workplace to do 5heir inservice training.

Provisioning administration officer

I have gained extensive work experience in this department, managing the tender process, sitting at evaluation meeting sand sitting at adjudication committee meeting. I respond to audit queries, provide management with detailed reports and report deviations and quarterly report registers to National Treasury. My relationship with c0-workers is at a professional level, we have a spirit of team work and motivating each other. What I love/ enjoy most about my work is that it I seat at the adjudication committee meetings every Thursday which helps me understand how certain decisions are made and how to handle matters differently. The most challenging aspects of the job are, corruption, fraud, litigations and fronting.

HARD WORKER

I CALL MY SELF A FAST LEARNER, SOMEONE WHO DEDICATED, SOMEONE WHO RESPECT OTHERS. I AM A RESPONSIBLE PERSON. I GIVE MY ALL IN EVERYTHING THAT I DO. NEW DAY TO ME MEANS NEW CHALLENGES. IT MEANS TO WORK HARDER THAN BEFORE. THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYESS IS GOOD BECAUSE WE RESPECT EACH OTHER. I'VE LEARNT MANY THINGS IN THE DERPATMENT I ENJOY TO WORK WITH THEM. BUT THE BAD NEWS AT THE END OF THIS MONTH I FINISH MY PRACTICALS.

Im a fast learner

i was responsible for every office work. my relationship with my colleagues is good. i have learned how to handle your office work and public members. it was nice to work with people who are working hard and do their job. when you colleagues are not doing their job or put all the blames on you but still i managed to sort out the conflict.

Pros: i'm always positive on my work because i'm a hard worker

Excellent learning curve

I am interested in the position, I have background experience related to the post therefore duties are not knew to me. I am hardworking person willing to learn and help others, can work on my own and with a team. I possess matric and National Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Excellent learning curve

It's been a wonderful learning curve. I have no regrets whatsoever about coming here. I've grown as a person both professionally and personally. Its the best way to learn how things work within the department and the formalities. I have learned about parenting plans, parental responsibilities and rights.
