I have been exposed in capturing Books of prime Entry
Currently i am a facilitator at Guarantee Trust -Accounting side. Delivering soft skills and technical skills to the learners. Monitoring learners’ progress. Monitoring learners’ accuracy and competence when they capture monthly reports. The challenges are that we meet different learners in each term with different attitudes so I have to handle that. I enjoy this job because I am exposed to things that i have studied

Excellent learning curve
It's not challenging. Rather interesting as our office is within the court vicinity thus I get to advise clients on different matters on a daily basis. The department's policies are also user friendly, my colleagues are loving people and I would stay if the work I do daily had more influence on my career. I am still young,I am hungry for growth and knowledge.
Pros: great opportunity for expozure to the working environment
Cons: There is only so much to learn.

Master mind
each and every day we make sure that we compile a report.my relationship with co-worker is very good we use to learn from each other everyday. I learned that if you are an investigator you must be patient so that the victim can feel free to tell you what transpired on the matter. I enjoyed testifying in court on the charges of fraud.is to get hold of the parties which are involved in the investigation.

Excellent in learning curve
Department of Justice and Constitutional Development I did Paralegal learnership programme for a year through SASSETA as a senior clerk and as stenographer, working as clerk of the court, estate registrar and other duties within the Magistrates court. I worked at Rustenburg Magistrates Court and at Ekangala Magistrates Court respectively. Serepa Le Mabona Shotokan Gym I was also helping out at a family gym with the duties of administration, managerial aspects in their absence, marketing and recruitment.

Good experience
cases vary on a day to day basis, from serious to ridiculous. The office manager is a selfish person who only thinks of himself. The down side of the job is that they call at any time and expect a person to drop or cancel any plans and they take 2-3 months before paying claims submitted and as a casual worker claims are my only source of income.nothing is challenging about the job.

Being able to adjust to working as a team.
My work requires accuracy, paying great attention to detail. Operation of court recording machine required me to always be attentive. Maintaining criminal record books and charge sheet didn't prove to be overwhelming as I conduct this on a daily basis. Writing and tracing of summons needs me to be abreast with the charged persons. Formulating the Witness Fees Books. Making sure I complete and issue committal warrants and arrest warrants also proves to require my attentiveness and proficiency. Providing admin support in the general court. Conducting my day to day duties wouldn't be efficient if I had no co-workers, the administration in the divorce and domestic violence proved to be a challenge. Furthermore Labour Law has been my most enjoyable department where I am able to fully display my capabilities.
