Goo working environment

I started working at the department in 2016,It was great being afforded this opportunity as it brought out the communicator in me.Ive always been an introverted being ,but being positioned in a a group setting assisted me in getting over my weakness.I work incredibly hard,work together with my team as well individually .Mostly when Im done with my work i try to assist my co-workers with whatever assistance they might need.I take initiative and also ensure that I give 100% of what I do ,either being asked by the supervisor to assist in verification checks,payments or assist in filing I go for it .I also deal with internal and external queries on a daily basis ,and I always want to ensure that the people who need the assistance leave happy and satisfied . I have learnt to deal with different personalities in the work place ,the importance of working hard and giving it your best ,working under pressure and still producing good and satisfactory results ,having a good attitude and having passion .

Good learning experience

on a typical work day my responsibilities are to prepare and execute lessons. I am also responsible for capturing students absenteeism. The relationship with co-workers is professional as we communicate clearly on job issues and other related problems. What I have learnt is that people with different backgrounds have they own understanding and procedures to solving a problem but with good understanding and team work better results are achieved. The most challenging part is that sometimes its hard to change peoples mind on what they believe is right.

Excellent Microsoft excel skills, good communication skills, and effective team player

On a daily bases I receive work from my supervisor and mentors, we have a good working relationship with my colleagues, I've learnt how to collect data and analyse it, also learnt how to quality assure data. what I enjoy most about my job is capturing.

Excellent learning curve

I'm a great team player and submit my work on time. I have a to-do list which I update weekly. The first thing I check every morning is my emails because that is the main source of communication. In my current job, I have learnt to work with people who are much older that I am and that has helped me grow.

Excellent

I Isaac Shilenge was a employee of south African institute chatted accounted for 2yrs as personnel officer and admin clerk there. I also work at the department of higher education and training for a year as intern. I did my diploma of Human resources management with vaal university of Technology i also did my degree of business Administration with them. As i sawthe company post i think this is the opportunity for me to further my career as (HRM&A) human resources management and Administration. I hope this application will be considered. Excellent learning curve

Arranging meetings, advanced report writing,communicating through line managers, working with Colleges around the country by so doing I have learned to communicate with people from different backgrounds and acting as a mediator

Excellent learnership

Dear sir/madam Re:Application for the post I complete matric in 2006.i then completed my N6 in Human Resources Management at Ekurhuleni West College in 2014.in may i got a work integrated learnership at the Department of Higher Education and Training as a Human Resources Clerk for a year and six months. My key responsibility in this role was to perform the condition of services process and all its administration duties. I then acquired a National Diploma in human resources management at ekurhuleni West college This position has given me key employability skills while allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast paced work environment with regard to my ability to meet specific requirements of other jobs. I have acquired quite a number of skills which are administration skills,computer skills and communication skills.i understand that you will received a large number of applications

My work

I work monday to friday and in an office with almost 18 collegues of my. I enjoy working with them everyday in the same office I have my supervisor who approves my work and my manager too.Working with my collegues i have learnt a lot from them ( how to trear other people in the building and also learnt how to work in a team). Work wise i have learnt how to capture clients payment on the system, all other salary adminstration related (e.g overtime, bonus, km claim, acting allowance), also learned how to create debt for employees due to salary overpayment or any other related overpayments.

Pros: Great employee benefits eg medical
Cons: Long working hours sometimes.

Review

I am an optimist, an initiator, self-driven, ethical, reliable, resourceful and decisive individual who works well independently and/or in a team. I am authentic, a reflective thinker and a forward thinker. I have learnt a lot about the importance of good governance and that it goes beyond compliance. My current job is not challenging at all if anything it has become monotonous and predictable. Moreover, my skills and competencies are not being optimally utilised.
