Supply chain management- procument

Am placed at procument, A typical working day - we receive the spec I send it out to 3 service providers in turn the services providers sent us the quotations the cheapest one is appoved. Am having a good time with my co-workers I have to say we have our down days also. I have learnt a great-deal here how to work under pressure, discipline. the most challenging aspect is the fact that we receive specifications late than we have to work under pressure and that causes us to put pressure on the service provider

Its really a learning curve

I have really grown in the work I do and that I enjoy. I have really learned working under pressure and learning with dynamic and divers cultures.Report's and Batho pele principles were always in practice.

Excellent on MS excel

Excellent

A work day is 7:30 to 4 Monday to Friday which is good indeed,relationship with my co-workers was all gud excellent and willing to teach me everything that I deserve on department,and I enjoy most to learn new thing everyday and to other department too.And I might say most challenging day is when suppliers don't get paid or receive their stock.

Administration

Assisting new employees in the regards E-Filling /Easy file knowledge, IRP5, EMPP201, Applied for tax directives in the past and pastel reporting. Assist to use excel for reporting purposes-some tax knowledge. Able to assist with calculation of leave pay, severance pay, calculation of net pay and up to date payroll knowledge.

Pros: because i need more experience regarding payroll,i need a money, i am willing to add value to your company by doing pleasant job.
Cons: 8:00 to 16:30 even work overtime when is busy time so i could be able to meet deadline.

Excellent learning

I have acquired the knowledge and skills that I can apply to any work place. I was always using computer for a hole day cause every file need to be checked on the computer. I was doing auditing using a scanner, I have learnt a lot for doing filling more especially using metro file system. My relationship with co_ worker's is good cause they are friendly The most challenges is when we can not find the file and the system say file is in but its out/ requested

Good learning

Im humble good communication fast learner and im willing to work as a group i have three years experience i did human resource management at school i would lv to be the part of company i wont disapoint i love my work very well and i make sure that the dutie that i do i make it a time i make my duties tidy and clean before time i make sure theres no mistake in the job im wilking to learn new things my Boss was alwys intrested in my job alwys impressed becouse i make sure that i give him the task he give me i make it before time so ja i love my work so please you can hire me you wont regret i promise and i have so much experience i know office work very well i wont disapoint you so ja thats is all about me

Good in sharing views/ information.

I Apdate documents, Doing out and incoming call/mails. Management & Administrative, clerical duties, assest management. I enjoy /like entertainments from media and group enteetainments. Challenges to be undermined at work. I learnt that in working field you'll meet with people with different attitude. And you will find yourself been depressed by other.

Pros: Competition in promotions.
Cons: I able to work underpresure.

First permanent job it took a while to adjust

Been at this job for a while and you as a person needs to be challenged so if you no longer get challenged it calls for change. I love working on the environment with kids they just make you smile even when you are down, working at a school environment taught me to liase with different people from all walks of life, there is a child, a parent, co workers, people from the Department. The greatest challenge is when a parent wants something and they want it now and when you being questioned constantly about the whys. I will always love working with kids but everyone in life needs a new challenge.

Pros: Working five days a week
Cons: Exam time and registration time your work get multiplied like 20
