I am dedicated hard working and highly motivated young man.

I am hereby applying for the position of HR ADMIN CLERK I have recently obtained National Diploma in human resources management at central Johannesburg College. Data capturing victory training college and assessor certificate. i have one year experience in record management and two years experience in general human resources management, i am currently working as an intern at the department of economic development environment and tourism at the directorate of HRD & PMDS. I am dedicated hard working and highly motivated young man who is not afraid to take any challenges. I enjoy working in groups and individually and my objectives are that I am always looking for opportunity to explore and gain experience in whatever environment I find myself in and I believe in trying rather than failing to try.

Learning experience

I am a hard worker, accountable, reliable and friendly.I have good interersonal skills. I am honest, trustworthy and I treat others the same way as I would like to be treated. I have good communication skills and organisational skills. I am a detail oriented person and always willing to learn more from prior people (supervisors, managers/seniors) and I am a fast learner. I like facing challenges and work under pressure. I enjoy working with people and I am also confident working as an individual.

Training on the job

I have learnt the functioning of the systems within our unit i.e Payments( Bas,Logis and Persal).I am a supervisor so I have good relationship with my co-workers.I have also improve in terms of personal development(training received).I enjoy most the request of reports on the system,also to authorise on the system the payment vouchers,I also enjoy when invoices are matching with orders,accrual reporting.The most challenging aspects of the job are : When we can found signatories to proceed with our processes,Commitment Report visa versa Accrual reporting and Review reports as per your performance agreement.

Pros: Great opportunities for growth and personal development
Cons: Always under pressure which is not normal

Great skills development

I have vast experience working within Projects. I have been a Project Officer for 6 years working for the Invasive Alien Species Programme in the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs. I work under the Invasive Alien Species Programme. This programme facilitates the removal of alien species throughout KwaZulu Natal. Post alien removal land is rehabilitated. Teams are employees by the Department to execute this work. I am responsible for training these team and managing operations. I have a good working relation with my colleagues learn form them, they learn from me. My supervisor has been my mentor for the past 6 years. I enjoy the work that I do but would love to do something different within the Project Management field.A work day I go to the office, attend to meeting s if any, do all administration duties, eg filing, making copies, responding to emails etc. Then go infield to check on the teams. I monitor and evaluate the teams daily (I manage 6 teams).

Cons: Extensive travelling

Oportunity to explore and learn.

I work in finance department whereby I overlook on assets by verifying them quarterly, update asset register on SAP for new, disposed and moved assets. Procure and extract report monthly on new assets bought. I work governmental department based in Gauteng and there is a segregation of duty whereby we divided in teams among the colleagues. work flow thoroughly among the colleagues with great relationship between the teams that gives an opportunity to learn and tackle different challenges during working.

Pros: Oportunity to explore and learn.
Cons: Processing is made batchs before real time records

Excellent learning curve

I studied my diploma in logistics and I am currently studying B-tech Logistics at Vaal University of technology. My skills and knowledge will make a valuable asset to your company. I have an eye for detail, a team player, able to multi task, reliable, flexible, very punctual, honest and I am a not afraid of challenges. Should I be given this opportunity I will add value through my ability to prioritize work and meet deadline and ensure that my work is neat and accurate.
