Good experience

There's top much work load month ends. My relationship with my co-workers is very good, they teach me alot everyday. So far i have office administration as well management human resources admin at large. And i enjoy being kept busy with work on my table. There only thing that gives me a challenge is that there no one who is able to check my work coz everyone has got something on their desk..

Approaching new frontiers

Great department but there are risks attached as we continously receive death threats for conducting our duties and protection from our management is very less

Excellent Learning curve and great experience.

Teach interpersonal

Working at a Correctional Centre taught me social skills, I working with people, doing Covid-19 screening and contact tracing. The working environment is good, the members/employees are good. There are few challenges there, as the main focus is on Covid-19. It is sometimes scary when working with inmates as you don't know what the are thinking. lifeee....you r the pillar that holds my life

It is an amazing learning curve to work

Little opportunity to grow. Less relationship with subordinates and junior management Perhaps senior management must consider promotions every five years to all officials that qualify. It is a best place to apply policies and procedures hence it is a security cluster. I managed investigation and Security Risk office for 15 years and with my staff, we are enjoying every minute by sharing all work ideas and by strengthening it with team building sessions. I enjoyed the day we traced a corrupt senior official who was awarding tenders to his friends.

Pros: Best place to work when you want to further your studies
Cons: It is not a good place to work due to non promotions
