In the past 4 years working in the Risk Management Section after having qualified my b.com economics degree I've learnt lot with risk management as it is a small section on the department so making it more work with few hands hence my seniors have always tried to squeeze me into learning almost everything regardless of the level of my employment status

Excellent learning curve
Throughout the year I have spent at department of Agriculture and rural development I have gathered good communication skills and interpersonal skills. I am able to adapt quickly to new surrounding and challenges and willing to work under pressure everytime without supervision.

Excellent learning curve
I feel incredible to be part of that company. I was able to gather all that experience because that company was able to see potential in me. I am honoured to be one of the marvelous colleagues which at the end of the day we excel as a team and be able to stick to quality of all the daily tests and analysis we carry out for different companies. It is fun and the same time challenging when we have to always remember that the people out there are replying on our hard work and the results we bring out daily. Our first language at work is quality and the rest follow.

Excellent learning curve
During the intern I have been rotating to section such as Revenue, Supply chain, Expenditure, Asset Management and Logistic. I have knowledge of system such as LOGIS, BAS and PERSAL.

Good personal skill easy to learn and team player easy to work with people
I'm ambitious. Easy to work with .currently I'm studying public management with oxbridge academy.i did my bcom accounting with university of limpopo I'm left with 3 modules out of 45 modules.i obtain a pastel certificate.finacial management certificate and project management.i work for the bank for 3 years .I work at twizza as an administrator were I did invoicing and processes payment and make orders and do stock taking everyday . currently I am a secretary to the directors office . veterinary services as a contractor.
Pros: Great opportunity to work at the directors office
Cons: I'm working from 8 to 4 o'clock if it needs more time I don't mind I work until I finish my task of the day I don't complain

Excellent learning and perfecting
Great opportunity for recent graduate to continue learning and perfecting skills attained during period of study. Talent discovery and development are a must have for all the time is the one who has to do honors and I would be a good day I am a fresh start up to a good time in the Bachelor party

Career pathway
Work day involves the registration of new agricultural inputs and development and implementation of methodologies and policies to regulate agriculture inputs in terms of Act 36 of 1947. I work well with my team and eager to learn new things every day
